Super convenient to just about anywhere, metro, bus and the railroad is a hop skip away, hope management can mix in a little more English speaking staff. Great view of the city from the bar/breakfeast terrance on the 26th floor!!!

Conveniently located next to subway. Walking distance from west lake. All you need is available. Only minus point is internet access:Not stable, you are constantly off line on line (via wifi)

Location is very convenient and the staff are helpful. However because it is autumn, the aircon system couldn't be used to regulate the temperature in the room. Had to open the window. Also, the minibar fridge is turned off by default which is quite silly. All else is ok.

The hotel was in downtown, which is ideal because there were lots of shops and restaurants to check out. The hotel had it's basic amenities. I gave it three stars because of it's unfinished gym that was open. There were unopened boxes among the gym equipment which made it an unsafe environment.

Rooms and facilities were clean, comfortable, modern, and well equipped. Staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and bilingual (English & Mandrin). The price was very reasonable. An equivalent hotel back home in Canada would command significantly higher prices.
