Clean, decent service and decent bed. Didn't pay for the hotel so can't really judge if it's value for money. Has a decent pool, gym could have more equipment, and breakfast is ok.

Very soft bed, in room laundry available with kitchenette. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a good mix of Asian and Western plates. Most of the staff I spoke with spoke English very well, enough for them to feel comfortable to joke back and forth with me. As other reviewers commented to, ensure you have the address preloaded into your phone for the taxi drivers, as there are two Holiday inns in Hangzhou.

Very nice room. Very professional and a handy spot in the CBD WARNING: we learned this the hard way but there are two Holiday Inns in close vicinity in this area 1. Holiday Inn City Centre 2. Holiday Inn CBD We accidentally vcall the wrong one so they could give the taxi driver their address so had to catch another 5.3Km taxi ride in the middle of the night to the one that we actually booked a room at.

A nice cozy place in Hangzhou close to the office areas. Friendly staff. Most of the reception staff can speak English. Rooms are decent size with nice view. The 2 bedroom suite is awesome.
