Kudos to Jennie at front office as she put her best efforts to get me my mobile phone I left in the room when I checked out. She has a great customer service mindset which I do appreciate. The hotel is located at the prime location with stunning river view, particularly I liked the view from the gym in early morning. Only one down side was ACs in the room couldn't make a room cool enough. Will surely return when I visit Quanzhou next time.
The hotel is super clean and beautiful, my business partners and I really enjoyed our stay for seven days … the staff is always willing to help and the food is too good. Only thing is that the wife network was too slow and we couldn’t use certain apps to communicate with people back at home in South Africa. But besides that I give it 5 stars.
Air-conditioning was not great in the room and the shower is hard to operate with the handles, bathtub needs to be updated because there are stain rings in it, but room and bed very comfortable and nice view from the corner room, they give you plenty of water.
It was an awful experience at the hotel:
1. The resectionist didn’t informed us about the business lounge information; when requested, was told to pay extra for access which is against membership rules
2. After the first time cleaning, we found out there was a brand new eye cream which was touched by someone who poured it out for most of it.
3. The hotel manager insulted us that “many membership were purchased via third party”
4. The manger said to give him a “face” to settle it without any further action.

We enjoy our 3 nights stay in this hotel.The hotel is clean, the staffs were friendly and helpful. One staff in the swimming pool even help me to lift my mom's wheelchair. The hotel ambience is nice and relaxing and I can see the city from my room window. The breakfast variety is enough. My only problem was to find food around the hotel. I couldn't find any decent restaurant nearby. But if I come back to this city again, I think I still want to stay in this hotel.
