Fantastic hotel with beautiful West Lake views, very comfortable beds, and 10/10 service. Perfect for families as they had a large sofa by the window that converted to a bed

Amazingly located right on the west lake. Breakfast choice is excellent. Servixe at the restaurant is ok, but no very good for Chinese standards. Biggest issue was the rooms were were given stank badly of cigarettes even though they were non smoking rooms. Ruined our nights (2 rooms under the same booking, both rooms were gross). Sorry to see this type of miss in a Grand Hyatt. They said they were sorry....nothing else could be done.

You can tell from the outside that the hotel is kinda old how ever they maintain it very well. The inside still nice and clean. Next to and behind the hotel are shopping area. The hotel is right facing the west lake. Breakfast very good selection.

Very nice hotel with excellent location right on West Lake. Has very good restaurants and the staff is very warm and helpful. Has a beautiful lobby lounge that sells some fabulous local tea. Conveniently located for work as well as leisure. Next to a big mall. Breakfast is fabulous and has an awesome club lounge with an open area facing the lake.

We had a very positive experience at Grand Hyatt Hangzhou. I would like to especially thank Rona Bao, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at the hotel close to 3 a.m. To our surprise, the front desk had already prepared all the check-in documents, and the process was completed within five minutes. They even arranged a room near the elevator so we could rest as soon as possible. The hotel’s location is excellent—West Lake is right in front, and the shopping district is just behind the hotel, offering everything we need. It’s very relaxing to enjoy a drink in the lobby. Breakfast was good, with a nice mix of Chinese and Western options. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely return.
