Reviews
unsatisfactory hotel reviews
I made a reservation from January 5th to January 13th
I was very disappointed with your hotel, so I canceled my stay on the 8th and moved to another hotel
The room was not heated, so it was very cold, so I had to fight against the cold for three days
I'm very tired because I'm not feeling well after taking medicine because I caught a cold
I asked you to check your room twice
I only received a reply that I checked it
I called my manager to check that the heating is not working
He said he would change rooms
But I moved because I couldn't trust the hotel
I'm leaving with bad memories
This is my 2nd time.
The rooms are great. Neat, clean, and well-maintained.
Location is near to mall and, restaurans. Convenient store also near.
Recommended Hotel.
Using the Renaissance facilities was fantastic! Lots of swimming pools, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The prices are reasonable, and there's plenty of food nearby at Sunshine Town. It's about a 20-minute drive to the airport. I'll definitely visit again. I recommend using points for redemption; it's more cost-effective.
Family-style living environment, quiet
Located near the sea, the interior feels fresh and comfortable!
