Rated 4 for room due to the room temperature. Cant adjust from the A/C controller and it was centralized and kept at 26c-28c throughout our stay. Fortunately got the cooling fan from hotel to survive from the uncomfortable room temperature.
Other than that the hotel staffs were so helpful and attentive.
Special thanks to Mr.Devices who was super friendly and helpful.
Amazing hotel, with a great breakfast. There is a mall across the road. Friendly, helpful staff, I was amazed by the whole experience. I’ll be using every time I visit for work.
Stayed at this hotel for work for about 3 weeks. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Facility is extremely clean and most employees speak some English too.
4 stars out of 5 because room service is fast but the food isn't that great and is pretty expensive. Also the air conditioning didn't work very well at all.
Hotel is very close to subway, shopping, and food.
Huge hall with aquarium with golden fish. All in the best Chinese style. The rooms are big and bright, with huge windows. The light food downstairs is not bad, they have salads with salmon and chicken, some cakes, croissants and coffee. The gym is good, new equipment with nice music, big swimming pool. If you cross the road there is a mall, where you can find everything you need. They only think I didn't like about this hotel is just the internet. It was slow and working sometimes.
Room is really nice, big and warm. The bed is incredibly comfy. The executive lounge is great in the evening, the beer was heineken, plus a load of spirits available for self service, which was great!
The breakfast is a must! One of the best breakfast spreads we've had in our two years in China.
The shower took some time to get hotter, but the pressure was good.
The staff are incredible in this hotel.
