The crowne plaza is Wuzhen is a beautiful hotel located right next to Wuzhen Water Town. The location is perfect to visit the gorgeous city of Wuzhen - one of the best places to discover in China! The hotel has luxurious lobby, gym and indoor pool as well as a wonderful breakfast room with an amazing choice for breakfast. Highly recommend !
This hotel has no air conditioning in the room — completely different from other IHG hotels out there. Think twice if you're someone who can't stand the heat.
This hotel is nice but the counter staffs is very bad and stupid. I booked on Traveloka and paid full amount, my trip on 31/10/2025. The staffs keep to say I have not paid and asked me to pay at counter,they took 1000RMB from my husband credit card. Until the they i check out, i fight with them and show them the payment invoice from Traveloka and they said they will refund the amount RMB1000 for us but we never receive money until now. This is too bad hotel service and stupid staffs !!

Restaurant staff for breakfast is really great. Ask them to make you a bowl of noodles with the noodles they make by hand in-house! Bedsheets were crisp and the comforter was great. Really liked the room’s open concept design. The hallways is weird, and if you are at one of the ends, you really have to walk a long way. Conference room was decent, but bad air circulation, and the walls were pretty thin. A little inconvenient for speakers.
