Stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Xinchang and I’m honestly blown away by the level of service from check-in all the way to check-out. From the moment we arrived, we were added into a WeChat group, which made everything so convenient—anytime we needed something, we could just message and it was handled immediately. I have dietary allergies, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate that. Breakfast was always thoughtfully prepared for me. On the first day I had boiled eggs, and the next day—they remembered and had them ready without me even asking. Huge shoutout to the breakfast team for being so attentive and remembering our preferences so well. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made the stay even more special. Another big thank you to the team who helped me with laundry—my phone couldn’t scan the machine, and they patiently assisted me the whole time. Truly appreciated. Special mention to Scott for the amazing food recommendations—everything he suggested was so good! Housekeeping was consistently excellent as well—super clean, detail-oriented, and always friendly. One small moment that really stood out: I ran out of cotton pads and requested some, expecting just a few pieces—but they brought an entire pack. It’s these little gestures that show how much they care. Honestly, the service here is even better than many hotels in my hometown. Thank you for such a memorable stay—this hotel truly deserves recognition, and we will definitely be back in the future.

That level of proactive service is rare and made a huge difference. A massive shout-out to Scott on the leadership team — his communication was excellent throughout, keeping me updated by email before and during the stay. He set the tone for the entire experience. F&B team — Tim, Nancy, and Li Sun — thank you for handling my food allergies brilliantly. They prepared custom menus with grilled chicken and salmon every morning, fresh fruit, and (this is the kind of detail that really matters) excellent coffee made on a manual machine rather than an automatic — genuinely spectacular, and a small luxury that I really appreciated. Front Office team — Sharon, Cathy, Barry, Rose, Yolanda, Vicky, and Dennis — every single one of you was warm, friendly, and consistently one step ahead. Whether it was a check-in question, a request, or just a friendly hello in the lobby, you all made the stay feel personal and easy. The housekeeping team also deserves huge recognition for keeping the room spotless every single day — that level of consistency takes real effort and didn’t go unnoticed. The room was a beautifully upgraded suite, the sauna (open 24 hours) was a great touch and got plenty of use, and the location is incredibly convenient. The physical product is solid, but it’s the team that truly makes this hotel special. I’ll absolutely be back here for many more nights in the future. I have been coming to shengzhou foe 20 years . The courtyard by Marriott was a ge changet for me in terms of western atmospheric and English speaking staff. The breakfast every morning is wonderful and there is nothing the staff has not done for me toake me feel at home. Each stay I have here lasts minimum 10ndays and I feel right at home
