I stayed here three times in the past few weeks and would like to leave mixed feedback. First of all the check in staff are very friendly and attentive, as are housekeeping. Sadly the staff at breakfast leave a LOT to be desired. Every day (7 days) both coffee machines would stop working (no milk or beans) and the staff would be oblivious of this until someone pointed it out. Also things like milk and water would run out, even though the staff are just stood with their arms behind their back waiting to help, they simply are not attentive or observant. The rooms are very clean and the gym/spa is fantastic. The big issue that me and my group found were that the rooms are just ridiculously hot and cannot be turned down. Our room was consistently 26 degrees c, which resulted in terrible sweaty sleep. We would turn it down on the AC control only to be told by reception that nothing could be done and actually they could only open a window or put a fan in the room. If you advertise AC then allow your guests to control the heating. The selection at breakfast is excellent and overall a pleasant stay apart from not being able to sleep from intolerable heat in the rooms.

This hotel committed a serious security failure. A stranger used a hotel-issued key card and walked straight into my room while I was inside. The hotel had double-assigned my room, which is absolutely unacceptable for any property—especially under the Marriott brand. The front desk tried to blame their “system,” but that only proves they have no proper room-control procedure and zero regard for guest safety. If I had been showering or asleep, the situation could have been far worse. I lost all trust in this hotel. If you value your safety and privacy, avoid this place.
Hotel is quite new and located close to the sea, there is no beach close as the Hotel is more for business or side seeing purpose. It is maybe 20 minutes by DIDI to go to the city. Breakfast was very nice and service very good unfortunately on my floor there was a molded smell which came out of the AC.
This was one of the best courtyard hotels I've stayed at. It is probably a Marriott class hotel because they have ballrooms, a huge swimming pool and lots of other facilities. The location is less desirable because it is near some industrial estates but there is a Starbucks that is 5 minutes walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel that is close to the airport which is about 15 minutes away. The hotel is very new and the staff was very helpful. My only qualm was at the swimming pool when they asked me to rent the kickboard that was next to the pool and and the attendant Said all the equipment needs to be rented for 15 rmb, this was weird and annoying. Perhaps it was operated by a third party? The buffet breakfast in the morning was pretty amazing and equal to that of the Westin in Xiamen. I will certainly stay at this hotel again
