Overall, we had a pleasant stay 🙂
Since it’s already a 5-star hotel, I was a bit surprised that there was no bidet in the bathroom. Also, the pool water was not warm or heated, which would have been nicer, especially for a relaxing swim.
The breakfast was okay, but I felt that the food selection was somewhat limited for a 5-star hotel.
One small detail I noticed was the use of a disposable plastic spoon. 😅 It somehow didn’t match the overall elegant ambience of the hotel. There was also no small spoon available for coffee, which would have been a nice touch.
The room had a nice view, was spacious and comfortable, and was well-equipped with complete toiletries, complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee.
Hotel close to business CBD with quiet environment, near by 700 meter 2 mall with heavy traffic and pack with luxuries car.
Room clean and room service attentive, receptionist very helpful help to order delivery food and receive parcel. Morning breakfast very delicious especially their noodles and porridge.

One of best hotel experience of mine in China. The real location of this facility is not here. It's located near Zhijang road. Although the English proficiency of the staff here isn’t very strong (which is common in most hotels in China), I can clearly feel their enthusiasm and friendliness.
