Pros: Cozy hotel close to West lake and In77, perfect for first timers to Hangzhou. Huge range of selection of bubble tea and food delivery nearby which is the main reason why I chose this hotel. Accepts parcels but they will keep it at a parcel collection point near the hotel for you to collect, small fee collected (

Dishonest hotel Booked room for 3 which was supposed to sleep 3 adults with existing bedding but there was only one king bed. Was made to pay extra for a bed since the existing bedding doesn't sleep 3. Design of the room is modern yet tacky with space effectively utilized. The only redeeming quality of the room is the Dyson hairdryer. View of Westlake far. Able to see little bits of lake. For the same amount paid, save yourself and go Grand Hyatt instead.

This Hilton brands is very beautiful. every corner in the room so pretty all the amenities is top notch. my fav is dyson hair dryer and steam iron the location is walkable from west lake the toilet is auto toilet with bidet and heater but my room has no view but i still love this hotel

Very clean and affordable option! The rooms are a tad small, but the location is unbeatable. Literally only a 5 minute walk from West Lake, a bunch of bars, and lots of shopping. The inside of the hotel is hip and modern. They also provide complimentary parking for the days you are staying there. It was a good experience and will definitely stay again.
