Byland Star Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be an excellent choice, especially for business travelers visiting the International Trade Market. The location is perfect, with easy access to the market, nearby Chinese commercial offices, Binwang Night Market, and several Indian restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of options catering particularly well to Indian guests. The hotel staff are welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. I also appreciated the afternoon snacks, which were a nice addition to the stay. The rooms are equipped with useful amenities such as complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee sachets, making the stay more comfortable. On the downside, the carpets in the hallways could be cleaned more thoroughly, as they appeared somewhat dirty. While the rooms generally looked clean, there were a few areas where cleanliness could be improved. Overall, this hotel offers great value, a convenient location, good food options, and excellent hospitality. With some improvements in housekeeping and carpet maintenance, it would provide an even better guest experience.

Good location good rooms but the service is very cold. Staff at reception is very cold dosent feel welcoming at all.

The stay was really comfortable. And specially the breakfast is amazing.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent hotel booking made on MakeMyTrip platform. The hotel did not provide proper service as promised at the time of booking. The room was not clean and hygiene standards were extremely poor, which made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Basic cleanliness and maintenance were clearly neglected. Despite paying the full amount, the services offered were far below expectations and did not match the listing details shown on your website. This experience has caused inconvenience and frustration. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action.
