Reviews
The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, yet both our room and the hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. This was especially concerning and unhealthy because we were traveling with a child. I do not understand how the hotel continues to allow this behavior while claiming to be a non-smoking property. It was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable.
They are a young looking staff but willing to be helpful and being happy about doing so. We had a issue with the AC failure in the room at 2am and they were full booked but quickly helped with a fan and changed rooms at 9am so helpful
The service by the team is impeccable. The rooms are comfortable but most importantly it is located right at the heart of San Fang Qi Xiang, which is so convenient!
