By far the nicest Hyatt hotel in my opinion. Great stay. Free photoshoot as well!

We came here for the food but the service was good and all. The location was close to the whuzen place. The restaurant is hard to find but has a great view of the huge pond nearby. It has lanterns for decoration and lights. The service is good. I will try a new method, placing the reviews for each dish in the photo’s caption. Wed, Aug 13 2025 - Lucas

Severely disappointing. The only nice thing about this property is that it takes nice photos. Apart from that i do not have anything nice to say about this property. Would recommend to avoid unless drastic changes to its management, maintenance and service is effected on the property

Unique design, great food and service. Really enjoyed our stay. Management is great. Excellent breakfast, quality ingredients, fresh with wide variety. Looking for a relaxing, different, experience off the beaten path, this is a great choice.
