Hamilton Princess & Beach Club - A Fairmont Managed Hotel

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at the Hamilton Princess! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service made our visit even more special. A huge thank you to our waiter, Badri, who was amazing! He was incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His excellent service truly made our experience memorable. We highly recommend the Hamilton Princess and would definitely come back. Thank you, Badri, for taking such great care of us! 😊

All staff, especially at front desk and front door, were extremely friendly and helpful. Our rooms were junior suites, very quiet, large and comfortable with excellent harbor views. Great walk-in shower. One of the best rooms in which we've ever stayed. Location is perfect, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Front door staff got taxis for us very quickly. Incidentally, many taxis do NOT take credit cards, so bring USD cash. ATM in hotel dispenses Bermuda dollars. Hotel is on the harbor with great views, but not directly on beach. Beachgoers in our group found it easy to take the shuttle to a beautiful private beach. There is a variety of very good restaurants in hotel, and Duchess is a coffee shop where you can sit or grab and go. Bottled drinks and snacks available, so we didn't need to go to a grocery store, though one is close, within a five minute walk. Adult only pool is excellent (all ages pool also available). This hotel is not cheap, but has good value for money.

Our stay at the Hamilton Princess was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. A special shout-out to Stacey and Olga at 1609—they provided outstanding service and made every meal feel special with their warmth and attention to detail. We'd also like to recognize Polycarp and Dean at the Crown & Anchor, who were equally fantastic and consistently delivered friendly, attentive service. The hotel itself is beautiful. The infinity pool is stunning, the fitness center is immaculate with brand-new, top-of-the-line equipment, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had—fresh, plentiful, and delicious every morning. The combination of a gorgeous property, world-class amenities, and truly exceptional staff made this one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend the Hamilton Princess to anyone visiting Bermuda. Five stars!

We have stayed here before and the staff are exceptional. From our room and housekeeping staff (thank you Thimothi) to the restaurant staff at the Crown and Anchor...our favorite server was Sabrina....her kindness and care made us feel at home every time we saw her!! Thank you also to Chondo, Brian and Javon! And at 1609 we keep coming back to that wonderful view and sunset....and our amazing Olga! The food was as usual well prepared and tasty...quite a variety for every palate. Elena, Jada and Shavaughn took care of all our requests at the front desk and Momo, Mikey and Marques were familiar welcoming faces and made sure our luggage was ready for us in our room. Thank you all for making our trip memorable and comfortable! We hope to be back next year!
