The check-in process was unnecessarily annoying. You've gotta punch in a 10 digit password to get into the empty building. We were tired and annoyed by the time we reached the room and authenticated again with the long pin. Thankfully after the initial input you're given a short 4 digit pin for both the room and entrance door. Apartment style hotel so it includes a kitchen but really far away from anything in the city. Mid-day Saturday the two surrounding cafes are closed. I'd suggest grabbing an uber to arrive. The walk from Hbf is too far with luggage. I called the service number after being unable to input my pin. I asked her for help over the phone and she said, 'Read the email, its very important'. I was impressed, it would have been more useful if she was replaced with a robot answering machine with a recorded Q/A. We started off our vacation with my wife frustrated because of the checking process. Not a lovely start to our stay.

Spacious, clean apartment. Has everything you need to cook.

The rooms were very spacious and was decent walking distance from the station

100% recommended apartments. Pretty well located, there are a couple of U stations nearby. The flat was clean, and all the facilities were in perfect condition. I wanted to mention the manager Dennis Doeher, he was so kind, attentive and helped me in everything I needed. Kudos for him ! Don't forget to pet Tesla (the cat), when you go there, he is the manager of the apartments and without him the business wouldn't work :)))
