Side Design Hotel Hamburg

Service, Staff and Breakfast are amazing. Not recommended when you or your partner are light sleeper, as the bedroom and bathroom separation is simply bad (glass window and glass sliding door)

Spotlessly clean, functional, and overall a very pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent housekeeping. The breakfast was very good and well presented, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful everywhere, from the front desk to the breakfast team. The location is also a big plus, very close to the city centre, which made getting around really easy. My only small gripe was the lack of a power outlet next to the bed on one side. I would definitely stay here again.

A truly lovely stay from start to finish. My room was gorgeous — genuinely five-star luxury, beautifully designed and immaculate. The service throughout was top notch: attentive, warm, and never once felt forced or performative, which honestly sets this place apart from other five-star hotels I've stayed at. Breakfast is included, but being a bit of a diva, I asked to have it delivered to my room instead — and what a feast it was! Fresh, high-quality products, beautifully presented. A small indulgence that made the stay feel even more special. Overall, excellent value for money and a genuinely lovely experience. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a luxury stay with service that feels authentic rather than scripted.

A real shame to have dead animal corpses hanging as decoration at the elevator area. It's prompting animal cruelty and is disgusting for compassionate people to see. Be kind to animals, don't promote it as decoration... Real Shame.... The overall experience in the hotel was alright. Nothing spectacular and slightly too pricey for what it was. But nothing to complain
