The room itself was very large however that unfortunately is the only positive thing. I don't know how it can be rated 4 stars, the rooms are very dated, there is no air conditioning in the rooms so it was way too hot and its only June, I hate to think what its like in July or August. There is no safe, there was a coffee machine (which was very leaky) but no tea making facilities so I had to ask for a kettle, they only provided shower gel, no shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. At breakfast my husband asked for a fried egg but they said no, all they do is boiled or scrambled. These are simple things that you would expect from a 4 star hotel. All in all it seemed very expensive for what it is. We have done extensive traveling throughout Europe and this hotel has to be one of the worst for its facilities. The staff however have been very friendly and helpful.

Great location near train station. No air-con in rooms but fan provided
The room was ok, not great, but ok for a cheap hotel. Breakfast buffet was good. On the website the hotel claimed to have a smart TV and since there was no smart tv we called the reception to ask. They told us the room comes with smart tv if you bring a firestick. The fridge also wasnt working but the room comes with a working fridge if you bring your own fridge
The hotel could be used to explain negative structures in any language. The TV had no signal, there was no wifi in my room. Despite my regular complaints, they never fixed it, their standard response being the technician was aware of it. Don't know how they can be considered a four-star hotel unless sth has changed in the star system. The only positive thing was the room was cleaned every day and the only positive person was a wonderful lady in the breakfast room. She was in charge of the room. These stars are for her! Located near the station frequented by the homeless and beggars. A perfect place if you are into grumpy unhepful staff and compulsory digital detox.
I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. While the room itself was quite spacious, the bathroom was very tiny and the bathtub uncomfortable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not working for three out of the three days of my stay, which was frustrating. The room was also too warm for my liking, and the bed was too soft. However, the location of the hotel was convenient, and the breakfast was decent, although there were no vegan options available. It's also unfortunate that the elevator was not working on the first day of your stay, which resulted in you having to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. This is certainly not an ideal situation and can be quite exhausting, especially after a long day of travel. Overall, my stay was not great, but it was okay. I hope the hotel management will take note of the issues I experienced and work on improving the guest experience in the future.
