Great hotel in an excellent location. Perfect for shopping lovers, with the main shopping area just a few minutes away, and many museums within easy walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, although booking ahead is a good idea. Having the train station and underground parking at the hotel makes everything even more convenient.
We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Hamburg Central Station. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located near Hamburg Central Station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was great with plenty of choices. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, especially Shabrina, who made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Her warm and attentive service really made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend Novotel Hamburg Central Station. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Hamburg!
We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is very close by the main central station but in safe, quiet area and the rooms are sound proof, we did not hear any noise from the road nor from the rooms next door. The staffs were nice but not always available at the reception. We loved our room, we had everything we needed, however air con was a little weak but with 28c outside it was decent enough.
We had a pleasant stay at Novotel Hamburg Central Station. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable⭐️⭐️ AC was working as it should. One thing to note is that amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and shaving kit are not provided in the room by default, but they can be requested easily through the QR code shown on the TV. The location is excellent, with Hamburg Central Station within walking distance and U Steinstraße metro station right outside the hotel. Parking is also convenient, with a garage located under the hotel on level -3. We would have liked to connect the TV to the internet for YouTube , but we were unable to get it working and mainly used the available German TV channels. The breakfast was fine, although it wasn’t quite to our taste🥯 Overall, a comfortable hotel in a great location, and we would stay here again🫶🏻
So long and thanks for all the fish 🐠🐟 ! Stumbled from train station into the hotel and right from the start it was so welcoming. Infused water at the ready. Easy check in super helpful staff. Nespresso coffee pods in the room with complimentary water. Great location easy access to all parts of city through public transport. And when you finish your adventure searching for the Bismarck sandwich out there on the cold cold pier. Warm lobby infused water and cidies waiting for you to re-coup and wander off again. What went over the top was waking early getting a cappuccino from the bar ordering a croissant only to find they had not finished baking ! Warm fresh 🥐 with coffee in the morning. Who could ask for more. Rooms clean. Bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Great stay in the heart of a great city! Thank you Novotel for giving us a home away from home while we explored Hamburg.
