I really enjoyed my stay. It was a short trip, just two days in Hamburg, but the hotel made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, the service was excellent, and the hotel was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again!
Very clean Awesome service Comfy bed Great location You can order extra things like slippers, toothbrush, extra coffee capsules from their website. Amazing! And for those who work remotely, the chair and table in the room are really comfy The only bad things I can say: The air conditioning is not strong enough And we could here some drilling / noise at 8am (early for us 😅)
We had a wonderful experience at n how collection Hamburg. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city, and the rooms were incredibly clean, modern, and comfortable. What really made our stay special was the staff—everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free and relaxing trip. We will definitely be back! The staff was incredibly helpful and even assisted us with repairing a broken suitcase!"
Wonderful location near important locations in Hamburg. Very clean and nice room. When we arrived, the reception was a bit blunt, which was a bit annoying after a long trip. Other than that there the service was great. I’d definitely recommend to visit
I had a very pleasant stay at the NH Collection hotel in Hamburg. The hotel is in a great location — you can easily walk to the main attractions or use metro station that is close by. The staff was attentive, professional and very welcoming. They also gave us several helpful recommendations about local restaurants and sightseeings in the city, which made our trip even better. On my next trip to Hamburg I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!
