Movenpick Hotel Hamburg

⚠️ Today, my friends and I had a very disappointing experience at breakfast due to the behavior of Mr. Julian. We were a group of 9 people celebrating a friend’s birthday and were looking forward to a pleasant morning. Unfortunately, Mr. Julian’s attitude completely overshadowed the occasion. From the moment we arrived, he was rude and dismissive. When I politely asked about our table, he rolled his eyes at me, He was Achtung in very suspecious way he was making us feeling guilty of somthing only him know about .I found this highly unprofessional and disrespectful. His overall demeanor was unfriendly, unpleasant, and made our entire group feel unwelcome. Everyone in our Brunch was disappointed, and shocked by the way we were treated. For an establishment that presents itself as offering a Hight standard of service, this level of customer care is simply unacceptable. No guest should be made to feel disrespected or unwelcome. Sadly, this experience has left us with a very negative impression. We will not be returning, and based on our experience, I cannot recommend this place to others. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue to ensure future guests are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve

What a perfect gem in Sternschanze. Located close to the Sternschanze U-bahn and a private parking basement (additional charge). Breakfast is really good 👍. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit Hamburg.

This hotel is close to an U-Bahn stop but as a woman traveling alone I didn't feel very safe walking from the U-Bahn to the hotel. I encountered a man urinating publicly during one walk from the train to the hotel. It's a cool concept and interesting design but practically the hotel was very hot and loud. I was on the 9th floor but with windows open I could hear all of the noise from the park below very clearly. The room was also very small, and the windows were as well. I went to the bar for happy hour where the bartender was very rude to me when I asked about the happy hour specials saying they weren't much cheaper than the normal drinks. It was a weird atmosphere and I didn't feel very welcome. The hotel staff were slow. Checking out took a while and I was worried about missing my train. Value for the money I spent was very poor. I wouldn't stay here again.

Amazing location, directly next to the s and u Bahn station Sternschanze. A lot of eateries and cute little shops in the Schanzenviertel. Rooms are well kept and the view is amazing (stayed on the 8th floor). Beds are comfortable and there is a coffee machine in the room. Amazing architecture.
