Hotel Hafen Hamburg

Ok let's do the good parts first. Location is great room with view to the river Elbe with the Landungsbrücken and the musical halls for Micheal Jackson and lion king. The other side very short walk to st. Pauli and Reeperbahn. Service in the restaurant was okay. The breakfast was the best, huge selection of food nice intercontinental style with varieties of typical northern German dishes. ... But the best breakfast can't make it if you did not wake up relaxed and slept well... If it would be only the issue the the beds are way to soft for me, the bigger issues is that there is no Air condition and also no air circulaton in the room. Windows was able to open but than the train passing by every few minutes... also in the night. The hotel was absolutely not prepared for the temperature (which is not just since yesterday high) no fans or something similar available at reception. So for this I would give a Overall rate of 2 stars, even if the location and food is nice. If you not able to enjoy your sleep than anything else is ruined to.

No Air conditioning, window 10cm away from the parking lot (I’m not even joking), staffs will open your door in the morning without asking (I was naked btw), extremely old building, how did you get a 4 star this is a 2 star hotel quality in China

I had a most enjoyable stay at this hotel, which offers excellent value for money. The location is superb, and the check-in process was handled efficiently. All members of staff we encountered throughout the hotel were friendly, attentive, and professional, contributing greatly to the overall positive experience. The public areas, including the corridors leading to the rooms, are elegant and well maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-proportioned, providing everything required for a pleasant short stay. The bed was among the most comfortable I have experienced in any hotel. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit different preferences. I would also like to extend special thanks to the morning shift staff for their courtesy and excellent service. Overall, the hotel suited our requirements perfectly, and I would not hesitate to stay at Hotel Hafen again.

Very nice hotel with almost a museum and history to tell itself. Breakfast is what to expect from a 4 star hotel. Location to Reperbahn and Aldis is just a few minutes away. Rooms are modern and showers and bathrooms up to date.
