Francisco is a very hardworking and friendly waiter. He speaks English and Spanish very well, which is really helpful for me as a Spanish guest who stays at this hotel often. Always happy to see Francisco

I checked out of the hotel and called reception just 20 minutes later to report that I had left my iPhone charger in the room, letting them know I would return that evening to collect it. When I arrived that night, I was told they "had not found it yet" and would check with housekeeping the next morning. Following up the next day, it was still miraculously "unable to be located." It is deeply concerning that an item left in a room disappears within a 20-minute window, pointing to a serious lack of integrity or a severe breakdown in their lost-and-found process. To make matters worse, the reception staff was entirely indifferent and showed zero urgency or accountability. Be cautious with your belongings here.

Very Happy with my stay in Hamburg. Room had all the necessary equipment such as kettle, mini fridge and fast wifi. Small but ok fitness room. Plenty of space in garage. Parking and breakfast super expensive.

Very convenient via public transit. We skipped the 13 min walk and took the bus from the train station. Very smooth check in experience. We enjoyed the steak and burger at the resstruant, and our waitress was very kind and attentive. The sheets were very comfortable in our room. However, the bathroom door was frosted glass, which was a little awkward. There was a little bit of normal wear in tear in the room, pictured below. By American standards, our room was a little hot but I did not mind. We came on a chilly, rainy early June day so I didn't mind. My cousin said the sofa bed was not comfortable, but that is too be expected. Overall, I had a nice stay and I would recommend. The staff, espically the waitress were welcoming and it helped me make my experience comfortable!
