⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Fantastic Stay at the Hamburg Marriott Hotel What a wonderful experience at the Hamburg Marriott on ABC-Straße! From the location to the food, service and atmosphere, this hotel checked all the boxes. The food was excellent, and I absolutely loved the Superfood Salad. Fresh, delicious and exactly what I wanted after a busy day exploring Hamburg. 🥗 The gym is fantastic, which is always important to me when traveling, and the rooms are comfortable, spacious and beautifully maintained. The lobby has such a welcoming energy. I loved being able to grab a great coffee, relax and enjoy the piano bar. 🎹☕ The staff and service were consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. And the location is fabulous. You’re right in the heart of Hamburg, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, sightseeing and exploring this beautiful city on foot. Great rooms, delicious food, wonderful amenities, excellent service and a prime location. I would absolutely stay here again! …Polite and friendly staff. The rooms are clean, quiet, and peaceful… exactly what I needed after a long day!! ..The kitchen is good and uses quality products, but it could use some improvement in terms of technique and variety. ..A slightly bigger menu with more choices would make it perfect.!

Very disappointing experience at Hamburg Marriott The AC is extremely bad They should not advertise the rooms as having air conditioning because it feels like ventilation only The rooms were hot and uncomfortable, and when we complained, their solution was to give us fans. For a Marriott hotel, this is unacceptabl The pool was also under renovation which was another major disappointment The parking situation was also unacceptable\. We were charged €40 per day for VIP parking**, yet the space was blocked by a motorbike and was only cleared after I noticed it and complained\. On top of that, we were charged for two additional days of VIP parking that we did not even use The front desk was extremely unhelpful throughout our stay Instead of taking responsibility and finding proper solutions, we constantly had to point out problems ourselves For the prices Marriott charges, guests should not have to deal with poor AC, unavailable facilities, parking they cannot use, incorrect charges, and unhelpful service We chose Marriott because we expected a certain standard Unfortunately, this property was far below that standard and wasone of our worst Marriott experiences

My 2nd time staying here. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Room was comfy. Location is perfect for anyone walking to see the sights. Oh, and the breakfast options were some of the best Ivr ever seen.
