Amazing stay! 🩷✨
I stayed here for three days, and everything was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The most important thing for me was the air conditioning, and it was perfect! 😍
The location is amazing — close to everything, so I never had to go far. Public transportation is also easily accessible and nearby. We received excellent care and service throughout our stay. 🥰
The breakfast was a great buffet with plenty of options for everyone — vegetarian, halal, healthy, and more. There’s also a small restaurant at the hotel.
I’m definitely looking forward to coming back again! 😂🩷🩷
Great and affordable hotel. Wonderful breakfast and very helpful staff. Not in the best area though. Loud and noisy due construction and clientel. AC couldn't get the room cool enough during night. Would still recommend.
Very nice hotel with good service, a big room, and a mediocre gym + spa. However, getting to the hotel from the central station could be a minor inconvenience or straight-up dangerous due to intoxicated people, sketchy people/groups, etc. But once you get past that long road, the hotel is mostly safe with police nearby. Also, because of the police, you will hear sirens pretty often, which could hinder sleep.
I got a promotion price for the stay.
The hotel was really great: a very exclusive room, clean bathroom, welcoming staff. I like ❤
Just 5 minutes to the Alster, or a 10 minutes walk to the Central Station.
Didn't have time to use facilities or the breakfast.
The area is a little bit rough, but the hotel a gem. Looking forward to coming back.
My recent stay at ARCOTEL Rubin Hamburg was absolutely outstanding and exceeded all my expectations.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stylish design, warm atmosphere, and professional service. The hotel is perfectly located in St. Georg, making it an ideal base for exploring Hamburg. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with very comfortable bed that guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The attention to detail in both comfort and design truly stands out.
Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh and high-quality options. The overall ambiance of the hotel combines elegance with a welcoming, relaxed vibe that makes you feel at home right away.
I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation for Mr. Holtkamp. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction made a significant difference during my stay. Exceptional hotel members like Mr. Holtkamp truly elevate the entire hotel experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hamburg, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely return on my next trip!
