A brilliantly unique quirky hotel. Staff in reception bar and restaurant excellent. W stayed in a "Medium" room" that was a really good size, lord knows what the large must be like. A great location with the whole city within easy reach. Would stay again and highly recommend.

My partner and I had a superb 2 days stay here. Location was great easy access to the U-Bahn station. 5 minutes walk to the Westfield shopping and food complex. 12 minutes walk to the Elphi. We had a large room with breakfast included it was fantastic. The restaurants and bar are excellent too. Thank you for an outstanding stay.

The room was pretty good, spacious and clean. I liked that there was a complementary minibar. They never did refill it even though reception said that they refill once during our stay. Also it wasn’t possible to fully cover windows in the bathroom so get used to people from the surrounding apartments getting a view of you in the bathroom. Windows opened up into the shopping street below which could be loud. The location was good, a few museums close by and close to city centre. It was also extremely hot in the room even though it was only 22C outside. We specifically searched for hotels with ac but it did not seem to work. The thermostat was set to 18 C but it didn’t seem to do anything. When we complained to staff they said they would send a technician but we never noticed any difference. I won’t ask twice. Because of the hot room we had to keep windows open to be able to sleep which sometimes was a problem with the noise from the shopping street. All in all a pretty nice hotel that gave us a bad experience mostly because of the warm room. I didn’t plan on writing a review but after receiving a message from the hotel to write review. They request that you write positive reviews on google and save negative stuff for private conversations with the manager. Not very honest

I generally love 25hours Hotels and usually have great experiences with them. The service is consistently warm, friendly, and relaxed – never stiff or overly formal. There’s always this modern, welcoming, almost homey vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away. Breakfast is also very good, with a nice variety and quality. The only reason I deducted one star for the room is the carpeted flooring. When an entire hotel room is covered in carpet and many guests walk in with street shoes, it would be really nice to have house slippers provided. That way, you can take your shoes off without having to walk barefoot or in socks on a carpet that’s been used with outdoor shoes. For me, that would make the room feel much more cozy and comfortable. One additional piece of feedback regarding breakfast: for such a modern, forward-thinking hotel, I was surprised that there was no matcha or chai available. The only non-coffee alternative was hot chocolate, which felt a bit limited. A matcha option would have been a great addition. Overall, still a very pleasant stay and I’ll definitely continue choosing 25hours Hotels
