We had a wonderful time with Aspira Cruise! The food was excellent, and we enjoyed all the activities. The room and boat were very comfortable and clean. John, Aki, Mr Beer and the rest of the crew were incredibly hospitable, warm, and helped us have a great time!

The food was always served cold. It was standing long time outside before served. Cold food is very disappointing. The hair dryer is really poor. Would be easy to provide a proper one. To much kayaking. Another option would be great. The dining room was to cold all the time, compared with the cold food. The trip at the second day to the island was amazing, best part of the whole trip. At happy hour they told us beer is included, so we had some beers. at paying day it was not included anymore. Really sneaking an not giving us a good feeling Shower is hard to get the correct temperature. It changed all the time and also the toilet and sink was clocked. At dinner we would have preferred real Asian food.

John was the best emcee, boss, and manager any business could ever want!! Sunshine and Aki helped us a lot during our stay. So attentive and kind.

Great experience, friendly crew & great ship. John & his team work really hard to make sure everyone enjoys their stay. Would’ve maybe liked a bit more time in terms of doing stuff around Ha Long Bay, but I guess for this you need to book longer than 1 night.

We had a great time! All the crew from John and all his team were professional, friendly, attentive. Couldn't do more. The scenery speaks for itself but the cabin was such a refuge. Clean, well appointed and super comfy. Balcony lovely. Had 2 hot baths watching the scenery float by which I will never forget. Really, really good food. Evening meal was high end restaurant standad in all respects. Hats off to the chef. Congratulations!

I did 2 days 1 night trip with my mom. The stay was wonderful. We really loved the room. John and Aki took care of us really well.

A perfect tour to beautiful Ha Long Bay! The travel agency contacted me shortly after booking. They provided different options for transportation to the docks, and after selection they sent photos of my pickup bus and a map to the pickup location (my hotel was on a difficult street). The cruise itself was very relaxing, with kayaking being the only “active” option. Food was great, staff was attentive but not pushy. Next time I might choose a tour with a visit to Cat Ba or hiking up Ti Top but this cruise was pretty perfect for relaxing!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The luxury bus transfer was extremely comfortable, spacious and well maintained, which made the journey very relaxing. A special mention to our guide, Bruce Lee, who was friendly, helpful and professional throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly and made sure everyone was well taken care of. The cruise itself was also excellent. The ship was beautiful and comfortable, and the hospitality from the entire crew was outstanding. Everyone was warm, attentive and always ready to help, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming. Overall, a very enjoyable and well-organised trip. Great transportation, an excellent guide, and wonderful hospitality on board. Highly recommended!

Bus from pick up point to where we transferred to the boat was luxury. Never been in something this swanky 😂. Air conditioned, reclining, massage chairs. The cruise was lovely - great to get away from city and back to nature for a couple of days. Transparency re pricing on the bar drinks would be beneficial for customers - maybe not so much for the company. Disappointed you had to pay for coffee at breakfast. Food was great, rooms and balcony was ideal with everything you need.

Well organised to and from Ha Long Bay, great guide

The two day cruise was great all round. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The highlight was the amazing surprise and efforts made to make a celebration of my milestone birthday with spoils blew me away. Especially want to thank Tom and Sunrise for their special attention to assist and make our stay overall very enjoyable 🥳👌🙏. The only thing I did not enjoy was the huge and hard pillows.

For the duration of my stay, I was extremely satisfied with the staff (Sunrise was my favorite). The food was delicious and inclusive for various dietary requirements. It was also my mother’s birthday and they went out of their way to celebrate her with singing, flowers and cake. Overall I would recommend this cruise to my friends and family.

The entire trip was well planned. From start to finish the guides and staff were very attentive to all our needs and requests. The food was well prepared and flavorful. There are opportunities for adventure and activities offered during your stay. Well worth the cost overall. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend it for traveling with friends, family, or as I did. spouse. 10/10 experience.
