Viktor really brought his A game this day. Highly engaged and very knowledgable. He looked out for the whole group making sure everyone’s needs were met.

We had a great day, excellent very helpful staff. Did kayaking during one stop and took a small boat into a cave and a lagoon in another stop.

We loved ha long, boat was great and the food. Only thing on the drive the stopps were too long, e.g. We stopped at a pearl museum that wasnt part of the tour nor did we were informed about the stop in advance. For us we wasted Time there and felt like the stop was to make us buy something. Other than that, Great experience!

I had a fantastic time on this trip! Everything was well organized even when it came to the pickup and drop off. The staff was fun and friendly and planned activities. The multi course lunch was a treat and the boat has many viewing areas and hang outs. I give this a 10/10.

Viktor did a great job taking care of us. Everything went smoothly the whole day. from bus trip from/to Hanoi to the fabulous experience on the Catamaran. The staff on the Catamaran were very attentive and helpful. Weather was incredible - sunny and warmer than expected. Halong Bay is an incredible place to see. So majestic. One.thing to note - jacuzzi is not heated.

Great day with a fantastic catamaran cruise. The boat was spacious and had plenty of seating options and the food was fantastic. It was a long day and includes about a three hour drive from the centre of Hanoi but well worth it in my opinion and would recommend.

Very comfortable bus ; catamaran was beautiful, food was amazing. Swimming and exploring the caves was so fun. Whole day was fantastic and the highlight of our trip. Also worth noting both bus and cat had wifi which made for happy teenagers - absolutely recommended it!

Wonderful cruise experience, would recommend this tour to get a taste of Halong Bay if you don’t have much time in the area. We loved the kayaking and swimming activities- the views were absolutely stunning. The catamaran itself was luxurious, clean and had plenty of different lounge/seating options. Lovely Catamaran with great food and lots of it. Bamboo boat ride through the caves was lovely but very hot ! We took the package with a private transfer each way and Would definitely recommend this. 12 hour day but well worth it!

It could have been better if there were some ra-ra from the staff. The atmosphere was quite dead as compared to another cruise in Phuket. And the price is rather steep.

We had an incredible experience with The Catamaran Luxury Day Cruise to Halong Bay from Hanoi. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Pickup from the hotel was seamless. Although the bus couldn’t access our hotel directly, an escort was sent to guide us to the pickup point, which made the process smooth and stress-free. The food on board was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well they catered to our dietary requirements. It was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We also enjoyed a cooking class during the cruise—it was a great learning experience and added a fun, hands-on element to the day. The views were simply breathtaking. Cruising through Halong Bay was like being in a dream. The landscape is stunning and the peaceful atmosphere made it all the more memorable. The ride itself was incredibly smooth—there were moments we forgot we were even on a boat! Lastly, the crew was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, spoke excellent English, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and happy. The only downside was the return bus ride. There was a 30-minute delay while waiting for other passengers. While this wasn’t the fault of the bus crew, it could have been handled better. A bit more communication would have gone a long way, especially since we were sitting in a parked bus in 35°C heat. It made for an uncomfortable end to an otherwise perfect day. Despite that minor issue, this cruise was a highlight of our trip to Vietnam. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience Halong Bay in comfort and style.

This Halong Bay cruise was very enjoyable. The guide did a great job explaining the sites and general Vietnamese culture. The catamaran was well appointed, the food was great and the spa and slides make it stand out over others.

We originally booked this boat but they cancelled us and moved us to Jadesails. It. Was. Fabulous. Cannot recommend it highly enough! It truly is a luxury cruise, right down to the food. The extra care with any food allergies or dietary restrictions is over the top! I’m Sure this boat is great as well (if it’s anything like the sister ship Jadesails), but I can seriously recommend the extra few bucks to upgrade to a Jadesails. We had an awesome day!

It is a bit of a long day, but the boat is very nice, the food is exceptional, and the motorcoach is very nice. My only criticism is that the guide’s English was unintelligible. Talking to a couple of other guests I wasn’t the only one who couldn’t understand about 80% of what he said.

This was the absolute correct decision for our visit to Ha Long Bay, we truly couldn't have had a better time. Pickup and drop off in Ha Noi was incredibly smooth, the boat felt super nice and very new, food and drinks were delicious, the tour had plenty to do without feeling crazy, and the staff was great. Highly recommend

Pleasant experience. Nice food nice staff. Boat is lovely. Probably goes for a bit too long for a day trip. Knock off 2 hours and it would be perfect.

Five star experience. The luxury coach picked us up on time and provided bottled water for the ride. Adequate rest stops on the way to the bay. The catamaran was spacious and clean. The lunch was so amazing. Six different courses created by their master chef. Swimming was so fun, as was the boat ride. Can’t say enough about this tour. Far exceeded our expectations.

Viktor is a fantastic guide - experienced, organized, attentive, and funny. The bus transport to the limo was very spacious and comfortable with wifi available the whole way. The boat itself was also very modern, the multi-course lunch was tasty. Kayaking/cooking class activities were fun.

OK this is a tale of two halves. Firstly the crew on board, the boat, the food,drinks and on board tour were superb. However, we took this tour on NYE. and pick up was an hour late, although I kept receiving text to say the coach would be there in a few minutes! The coach was actually parked on the outskirts of the city in a lay bye Although the whole of Hanoi knew some roads in the centre were closed the operators did not. I was surprised that the extremely young tour guide seemed to think everything was ok and also felt appropriately dressed in a track suit and beanie hat and was accompanied by his friend neither of whom had a clue about hospitality. They clearly thought they were on a jolly and were rude, patronising and treated their guests like children. The day was ruined by their unacceptable and shocking behaviour. Although treated like children all day we aren’t so we were able to eventually make our way back to our hotel when the coach unloaded on the outskirts of the city. The taxi organised by the guide would only go 250yards as he hadn’t been paid properly! Hanoi on NYE is one busy place and with no Vietnamese knowledge, map etc the hours walk was potentially dangerous and trying Let’s hope by now this guide has been replaced The boat is great however and well worth the double cost of similar trips, full marks to them and thank you

Great experience! Pick up and drop off in Hanoi in a comfortable bus. Everything ran on time, food was good and the catamaran was spacious. Activities to take part in, or the option to just relax on the deck and enjoy the sights (they are stunning!) Good option for a one-day tour of Ha Long Bay.

We paid a little more for a private transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. The boat had 60 people or so and plenty of room to sit and lounge while we sailed through Ha Long Bay. We really enjoyed the Kayak trip, but it was a little too cold for swimming this time. Love the scenery and the ability to cat the sunset. Super easy pick up and drop off. I think with a little more money we bought a very relaxed atmosphere and experience. Totally worth the upgrade

What an amazing afternoon on the water. Viktor and the staff of the boat were all first class. The meal was to die for the service was impeccable. The kayaking was a lot of fun and the water slides...woohoo!!! Viktor was super kind to film the experience and share it with us. Spend the money and enjoy an unforgettable experience.

Good experience. The bus picks you up from your accommodation and then it is a 2 hour trip to Halong Bay with a couple of rest stops. Our guide was really nice. Did this end of December so slightly cool on the bay. The boat was nice, everyone was seated. Staff on board was very nice. Nothing luxurious about the boat, you can see the wear and tear. For us Halong was a complete disaster waste of time. There was not much to do except a little bit of kayaking, swimming and cooking class. You can give this a miss without any regrets.

The tour is very disorganized. We were picked up about 30 min late. Stopped in a spot outside the main road for 35 min on the way out and back when there are plenty of rest stops on the main road with more options for dining and better facilities. The bus was not as advertised ( all other buses on the same tour had a lot more space - 2/1 seating instead of 2/2 seating). The cooking class could only accommodate about 20 people out of the 90+ on the boat. On the way back we even had to stop to fuel the bus (why didn’t they do that while people were on the boat). You can find multiple other tours with a better value.

The best day cruise in Halong Bay! Staff is amazing! The catamaran is beautiful, we started with an amazing 6(!) course lunch while cruising in the bay and taking photos. After lunch we anchored close to the caves where we had an option to get into bamboo boats or kayaks to take us through the caves and back to the catamaran. After the caves we anchored again and had the chance to swim and try the water slide on the catamaran or just relax and enjoy the jacuzzi on the top level. I did another day cruise the previous day with another company which took you to different caves where you get off the boats and walk through, it was a nice experience but very crowded and took a long time and barely saw anything from the bay and the rocks, so definietly recommend this one over any other cruises!!!

The organisation was very smooth. The tour organised a taxi to pick us up and drop us back at the hotel. This tour is just the right length. Lunch and a few sights together with swimming. Finally a sunset on the way back. The staff were excellent. Helpful and informative. Would recommend.

The full-day tour to Ha Long Bay with Peter as our guide was excellent. The entire day was perfect - from pickup at hotel to the bus ride to the Bay, boat tour, and return to Hanoi. Peter was very enthusiastic and his stories and insights were very interesting. I highly recommend this tour with Peter.

Great day trip from Hanoi - Catamaran was lovely, we had a mega 6 course meal for lunch, then got to ride boats / kayaks out on the water, then some swimming time and finally an afternoon tea on the boat. Tommy our guide was very friendly and the whole trip was good fun!

The trip to Ha Long Bay was excellent. We got picked up at the hotel and the bus tour went smoothly. The 5-course lunch served on the boat was well prepared. We visited the caves on bamboo boats and others were on kayak. The boat trip was wrapped up with a fun cooling class and nice tea. The overall trip was enjoyable and out tour guide Tommy was pleasant and enthusiastic. I would recommend my friend to join the catamaran to visit Ha Long Bay!

Booked this tour Catamaran luxury cruise to Han long bay ..picked up and dropped off to a designated hotel along old quarters of Hanoi is a plus, our tour guide Tommy is very friendly and accommodating and with a sense of humour..& knowledgeable about the Hanoi history..its a long drive but it was fun 🤩 especially when we arrived Han long bay it’s a beautiful place to explore, and beautiful place for photos and photography..amazing 🤩🤩🤩and lunch is a 5 course menu ( all the dishes are nicely plated ) , foods are delicious 😋 nothing to complain..staff are friendly and helpful 👍🏻👍🏻booking advance is a must ..& bring along you’re swimsuits 🩱, hat 👒, sunscreen 🧴 and ready for fun 🤩..Highly recommended..

Great tour, exceptional food and transport to and from catamaran air comditioned and quick. The boat was lovely and staff professional and courteous. Absolutely 5 stars go to this tour BUT Ha Long Bay is NOT at all as it is marketed. It is dirty, very busy with tourists and you would not swim in the water as it is absolutely filthy with rubbish, toilet waste, engine oil and diesel scum. There is so much single use plastic floating in it its terribly sad and no one is ever going to clean it up so it's only going to het worse. And it smells heavily of dirty stagnant water and diesel fumes. If you do an overnight tour it will take you further out of the bay where potentially it is cleaner.

Used these guys for a day trip from Hanoi and couldn’t recommend them enough. Smart executive minibus, great tour host Tommy and a clean, smart spacious boat. Food was great and all round couldn’t fault it! Thanks to these guys for making it a trip to remember.

This is an incredible experience - I highly recommend it. The description doesn’t truly capture the magic and beauty of the bay . The food along the way is excellent and there are various options for food even for vegetarian people. The cruise is so nice and mordern and all staffs were so friendly and warmly. I’m a super picky person and tend to find things to complain about but on this tour, nothing to complain, simply perfect! Don’t hesitate to book this, you won’t regret it!
