We had a fantastic stay on Peony Cruise. We booked also the transport from Hanoi which was the best thing we could do, we got picked up at tour hotel and dropped off directly at the cruise check-in. The atmosphere on the boat is very nice and super familiar as the boat has only 20 cabins. We also joined the day trip to Cat Ba including Kajaking and swimming, such a great experience. But the best part was the service on board. Overall, the staff is really great, but we would like to emphasise a special thank you to Cris, who made our stay a remarkable memory. We travelled with our 7,5 month old baby which had a bit trouble to sleep around dinner time. Cris was super hands-on all the time and at that evening he organized the dinner for us on the top deck, which helped us a lot that the baby felt asleep and we could still eat something. This was a truly top service experience. With regards to the nature around us, not much words needed, it’s simply beautiful.

We booked 2D1N cruise at HaLong Bay. It was wonderful, picturesque experience of the bay and the sea. Food on board was a nice mix of Vietnamese and continental. The 4 course dinner meal was the highlight of the trip. Chris at the restaurant was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. We would love to come back again with a bigger group of friends and family.
Superb trip away for 1 night and great way to relax
Absolutely fantastic experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the views, the tranquility, the food and service was exceptional and the room was fantastic, including a large comfortable bed, private bath and balcony with beautiful views. We did the optional kayaking and cave tour. Would not hesiatate to recommend this luxury cruise at a value price.

Our experience on Halong Bay was one I’ll never forget. The scenery was beautiful and the support from the cabin crew and staff was incredible. I really appreciated how they navigated my picky eating and helped me find something I liked which isn’t always easy. I’d love to come back!

A luxury experience from the minute you step on the boat. We were introduced to Henry and assured he would take care of everything on our stay, and he did! He sense of humour, professionalism and high standards of customer service really made our trip. The rooms are spacious and have a nice little balcony to enjoy a sundowner. A happy hour there is also a fun cooking demonstration and Ken our tour director played the flute so beautifully we were all quite moved. The food is amazing and the wait staff are all beautifully presented along with white gloves! Such a special time. We highly recommend Peony Cruises.

Absolutely amazing experience from being picked up in Hanoi to all the little things the crew prepared. I can barely choose what to highlight because everything was wonderful. A very nice boat and an extremely hard working crew. Cruise manager Ken made sure all our needs were met. We went on a one day cruise and had a small trip to a cave.
Stepping on to the boat we were so impressed with the room and the common areas. Everything is great quality. We were looked after to perfection by John. He was helpful courteous and could not do enough for us. He explained what was available and looked after us on the day trip. John generally took our experience to the next level. This was an excellent experience with good food, a good range of wine and cocktails and excellent service. The scenery was spectacular as well. All in all it was a wonderful relaxing experience. Highly recommended.

The cruise was very good and had lots of good drinks and food and the service from the staff was very good especially from bobby, Sarah and buu I would definitely recommend.
I paid extra for a trip to Bai Tu Long Bay as I read it was better and less crowded. Without advance knowledge operator substituted Halong Bay which is not what I wanted. All 7 people I shared a table with on the boat paid much less. Trip was otherwise good if that was what I had wanted. I recommend you do not book this provider. I understand now why it was not refundable when most other options were.
Had a great time there on cruise. The bay is so primitive, beautiful. We had great chance to visit cave, beach, fishing village and do kayaking. Definitely come back again soon!

Nice boat tour with comfortably equipped cabins and a balcony. We were able to connect two rooms, which is an advantage with children. The crew was very friendly, our waiter Cris was extremely nice and took attentive care of us.
