We had a great experience with this tour. There wasn’t too many people on the boat, the facilities were great and the buffet had several options. Our tour guide, Yinh (not sure how to write) was amazing. Very helpful and super nice. I definitely recommend this tour.

This cruise exceeded expectations. The scenery was fabulous and all activities were interesting fun and well organised. We had a deluxe cabin which was clean comfortable and spacious. We stayed 1 night. The food was well prepared and presented abd the best we have had since arriving in Vietnam. Harry the cruise manager and his staff were all welcoming friendly polite and professional and made it a great fun trip. I would highly recommend.

One of the most beautiful places we have travelled till now and the experience of staying there overnight on the cruise was exciting. But the customer service was not upto the mark. Our tour guide Mr. T. seemed to spend most of his time entertaining the “light- skinned” travellers and not bothering much about the other travellers. He was the only English speaking Vietnamese on board and we didn’t receive proper response from him. Kids were also left unattended at the squid fishing area with no one to guide and help in case someone had a mishap. In general the experience could have been made better if the crew and the guide were more friendly snd welcoming!

Highly recommend this cruise for a getaway from the city. We were well looked after by staff and the activities at ha long bay were really fun! The buffet lunches were also really yum!
The cruise sailing is memorable especially the sunset and sunrise. Andy the guide was helpful. Although the trip operators 3rd party who book the cruise might be misleading with the rooms, so better to book directly through Arcady.
Superb experience. We were met on time and transported to the boat where we were shown our cabins and given lunch. We then travelled to the most amazing cave (wish we’d been told how steep and high we had to climb before we got off the taxi-boat). After this we went to a small over-crowded beach (not really worth the visit so late in the day). We then went back to our cabins before having a cooking class, making spring rolls, and then a wonderful meal on board - the team accommodated all dietary requirements. Our sleep would have been better with additional pillows but our fault - we should have asked for them! The cabins are divine as is the rest of the boat. Breakfast and brunch were fabulous as was the morning trip to go kayaking or boating to the most wonderful lagoon. This tour was one of the highlights of our journey. The crew and Lucy were fabulous hosts - they are a credit to your company. We would love to take the tour again in the future - so much nicer and authentic than some of the more modern boats we saw.
We had a wonderful cruise on Halong Bay with arcady. The bay is beautiful: we knew there would be a lot of people and boats (and there are), but you don't really feel it and the size of the boat is very reasonable so it still feels intimate. We loved the boat itself: lacquered wood interiors etc give it a ton of character that made it (for us) so much better than some of these bigger boats. It's very clean, comfortable, the staff is very attentive, the services are great. Last but not least: our tour guide, Lucy, was simply wonderful: super friendly, extremely helpful, energetic, and .. very funny! We loved her, and she really made the trip special! I would absolutely recommend this company for your Halong Bay cruise!
Great experience! Halong Bay is a magical place, but the crew and our tour guide Lucy really made a difference during our stay. She is dedicated and has everything under control. You can trust her and her knowledge; and she's also caring and funny! The boat is old style and charming... For people who are looking for a more authentic experience.

Absolutely amazing experience. The place, much to its fame, is truly one of the 7 natural wonders in the world. Henry - the tour guide is one of the best I have had in my life. His sense of humour is off the charts. He could easily do stand up comedy as an alternate profession. The lunch in the trip could do with some serious upgrade and the wine at the time of sunset could be real wine instead of the vile liquid we were given in the name of wine.
We enjoyed our day out with Arcady Cruise. it seems that all the boats do a very similar tour and the only difference would be the standard of the boat and meal. This was fine for our budget as we didn't require luxury and were more interested in the views than what was on the boat. Our guide was good and handled everything with ease. I would use this company again.
We spent Christmas day on Ha Long Bay with Arcady Cruise and had a great time. I would highly recommend the express transport option offered by Arcady Cruise (having also done the National route), it doubled the time spent on Ha Long Bay and made the day a lot more comfortable. The cruise on the bay was fantastic, the boat was very well kept and organised. Our tour guide, Hiep, was brilliant, one of the best I've experienced. Hiep was full of enthusiasm and ensured the day ran smoothly from start to finish. Hiep's knowledge of the local area along with Vietnamese and regional history was fantastic and his highly proficient english language skills made it all very easy to take in. The team at Arcady Cruise were able to cater to everyone's dietary requirements without issue while still ensuring everyone was well fed. We had the opportunity to kayak, bamboo boat and swim in Ha Long Bay, as well as visiting a formerly secret arm hospital cave, located on an island in the bay. Hiep also hosting a delicious cooking class onboard the boat. Overall, I would very highly recommend Arcady Cruise on Ha Long Bay to any tourist looking to have a relaxing, picturesque and interesting day in Vietnam! Thanks Hiep and your team! :)
Had an awesome day in Halong Bay. The boat looked pretty new, and I enjoyed sitting on the sun loungers at the upper deck to take in the breeze and views. Our guide Cong was knowledgeable about Vietnamese history and funny. Lunch was pretty good too and I enjoyed the oysters. We also had fun making our own spring rolls during the cooking demonstration. The tour guides are fantastic, very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Their language skills were great and we could have a fluent conversation, ask questions and receive helpful answers. The boat was very nice, the timing was perfect and the range of activities and options was great. Food preferences were respected and the food was wonderful.
We did this day trip yesterday. Our guide (Hiep) was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable about Vietnamese culture and history. He was also very responsive to the needs of guests. Lunch was delicious and plentiful. We were able to kayak around the islands. We then had time to swim for those who wanted to. After this, we had fresh fruit, tea and coffee. From there, we went to Cat Ba Island and visited Hospital Cave. The stories of what happened in the cave were amazing. When we got back on the boat, we had a cooking demonstration and got to make our own Summer Rolls. The whole crew did an amazing job. It was such a great day, and I'd recommend this to everyone.
Really nice trip! Beautiful bay, kayaking, good food at cruise, spring roll cooking demonstration as well as visiting secret military hospital at Cat Ba island. The tour guide Peter is very friendly and enthusiastic, he told about life in rural Vietnam, Vietnam history, history of Halong Bay etc. And he sent kayaking photo of mine later at night!
Phoebe was terrific. Her English was great and she was very funny. Helped to make the day even better. The kayaking and swimming was fun and lunch was tasty! Only suggestion would be for slightly larger portions for big hungry boys. Xoxo

This oneday trip with Arcady was a fantastic organized day. We did and saw everything what somebody will see/do with an overnight stay on a Boat. The Swimming in a calm bay was funny. Especially I want to highlight our Guide Henry! He did a really good job. He was really good organized and had a good overview with around 15 guests on the Boat. He was really interested in each person and has perfect English skills. He shows that he loves his job and to give tourists a better unterstanding for Vietnam and the life. Thanks for this amazing trip. One of my best trips in Vietnam.

Amazing trip. The food, cruise, kayaking, swimming, Cat Ba, everything was absolutely fantastic. Henry was a fantastic guide who was very informative on the trip over and made sure everything went seamlessly. Cannot recommend this trip enough, it takes you to the more remote and less touristy parts of Ha Long Bay. I visited in January and did the normal bits and whilst this was also great, this trip surpassed that easily.
