Myself and my friend booked this one day cruise experience, it was absolutely spectacular with a full itinerary built for us today in the most beautiful place. Ben was an amazing host, Thank you everyone for a wonderful day!

The transport was very good with adequate rest stops and friendly especially onboard. The catamaran is not brand new but is well maintained which is first class. Good food .. the menu was excellent but we found it was not a choice of but ALL items. We were fortunate the boat was not full however it seemed capable of having space to cater for the activities.

The food was great. The staff were very friendly. The only downside is that the limousine is actually a 22 seater bus and not a private car as we had expected. Although the bus was spacious with comfortable airliner style seats

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on the catamaran in Ha Long Bay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was delicious, the activities were amazing, and the whole experience was incredibly well organized. A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and attention throughout the day. Everyone was so welcoming and made us feel really comfortable. We also want to give a special mention to our guide, Ben, who was fantastic! He was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more enjoyable. We truly loved this experience and would highly recommend the luxury catamaran to everyone visiting Ha Long Bay. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip! ❤️

Great cruise overall. Very good communication and coordination on the day before cruise and through out the cruise. Pick up at hotel. No need to worry about navigation. The bamboo/kayak tour is kinda short and mostly out door. Can be very hot on sunny day. Bring swim suit because the swim session was nice way to cool down. They even have water bouncer and water slides. Only water and juice are free for certain time. Other drinks are for purchase. Not a lot of options for non alcohol drinks.

Hanoi's Old Quarter has restrictions on where buses can go so the guide picked us up from the hotel and guided us through a short 2mins walk to where the bus was waiting. The guide provided a lot of info on the way to the bay. There was a stop at the perl farm, very educational. It's up to you if you wanted to buy any pearls, there was no pressure whatsoever. Once we boarded the catamaran, it was a very good mix of activities and relaxation with amazing food. You can either stay in an airconditioned room or go outside upstairs for better views, drinks and jacuzzi. The included lunch was a six course set menu, quite yummy and filling. Plenty of drinks options (both alcoholic and not) are available for purchase. Activities included a short 30mins boat ride through a cave (or if you are brave and don't mind rowing in 35C heat - two-seat kayak instead of a boat), swimming at the back of the catamaran and a class of making rice paper rolls (with an impressive demo of chef's skills to cut various shapes our of vegetables!). No pressure to participate in either and if you want to just relax - you could just stay in the room the whole time and enjoy the views.

A wonderful experience — a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food that suited my taste, and a luxurious yacht. The tour guide ,Hera was friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend the Catamaran tour and had a wonderful experience.

Overall, an amazing experience! The food on the boat was great, the service was fast and friendly, and the kayaking was truly awesome. A few things worth knowing, though. We stopped at two “tourist trap” spots on the way there and back, where we had to keep saying no to pearls and jewelry. Two people in our group were stung by jellyfish while swimming, so definitely be aware of that. There was also a massive amount of trash in the bay. There were some cleaner pockets, but overall it was a shock, and the crew had to clean up a ton in the swimming area before we could get in. I’m not sure if that’s typical or just our day. Still, it was an amazing tour and I’d recommend it. I just think it’s worth knowing about the not-so-perfect parts too.

Th cruise is a must-do if you ever visit Hanoi. We did a day trip and it included pickup and drop off from our hotel. Everything was smooth. Food is great. Activities are fun. Tom and Xuan are excellent and are very welcoming and accommodating.

We are a couple from Australia and have always wanted to travel to Vietnam. Ha Long Bay was always going to be part of our trip. He kept us informed for a smooth pick up with a luxury Ha Long Catamaran Bus and great driver. His explanations and English speaking was fantastic. Service all day from all the crew was amazing! What a phenomenal place to visit for a very relaxing day. This journey with all it's beauty and the top class service, food and events helped make one of our dreams come true! Would definitely recommend to book and experience it all for yourself! We did not even expect such a high class quality and value for money but, far out! We did receive it and are extremely thankful! I had originally considered an overnight tour but I wasn't sure about having to do all of the extra-curricular activities. Instead, I picked this cruise and I was so pleased with the choice. The whole thing went incredibly smoothly from pick up, to the drive to Halong Bay, the cruise and the trip home. We had our own table on board and there was no pressure for me to go kayaking or swimming (although the rest of my family did and thoroughly enjoyed both experiences). The food and drinks were spectacular, and I found it incredibly relaxing. Please note that the drinks are not covered by the tour fee but this is made explicit up front. Our tour guide was great, and the cruise wasn't overloaded with guests. The staff on board were absolutely flawless; and we have recommended this specific tour to other travellers we have met in Hanoi since. It has given me confidence to undertaken an overnight tour next time.

The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly especially Tom the bartender. The sights are awesome. The kayaking was very special. Well worth it!

As a family of four we had a wonderful day cruising Halong and Lan Ha Bay. From the pickup to the variety at lunch, the amazing limestone cliffs on either side and the extra curricular activities of riding the slides, trampolining and swimming in the bay. Our favourite part was definitely kayaking through the cave. Would definitely recommend this tour. The one thing that would have improved it for us, was not having to stop on the way home to look at the jewellery, silks etc after a long day.

We had a fantastic day on this catamaran cruise in Ha Long Bay. From the moment we arrived, Ben gave us a warm welcome and offered us great seats at the front of the boat. The buffet lunch was delicious, and we enjoyed the boat trip and swimming in the beautiful bay. The highlight was the cooking workshop, where Ben surprised us with a cake, making our special day even more memorable. Everything was perfectly organized, including a taxi waiting to take us back to our hotel. A big thank you to Ben and the entire team for their kindness and excellent service. My family and I had an amazing experience at the cruise. Highly recommend it to everyone visiting Ha Long Bay. Service by Sang was exceptional and our tour guide Hera was amazing too. Very friendly staff and clean surroundings. We also had a small cooking demo and we learnt some quick snacking options.

The experience was very good, the boat is like in the photos and the staff very attentive. We were not in crowded places ana the boat has space for everyone . The teenagers in the group also loves it.

The cruise was very good. It started on time and the boat was clean and comfortable. The trip through Halong Bay was for most of the daytime. It was not too crowded and the bamboo boat trip through the caves was quite picturesque. Ben was a good host, as were the rest of the crew. I highly recommend this operator.
