Excellent from start to finish. My mom and I booked a private Ha Long Bay tour and it was amazing. Not only were the views astonishing, but our guide Hieu went above and beyond to make sure every detail - including the best boat on the marina was taken care of. My mom is 77 and felt safe and supported os this really is an inclusive and all around personalized experience. They take us to less crowded spots, lunch on the boat, kayaking, caves and swimming. I could have some more swimming stops but all in all i cant find any downside ti booking this! Highly recommend
