AMAZING. Possibly the most incredible day ever of my overseas travels. The catamaran, the food, the staff, the organisation and the care for each person aboard …all were exquisite. And incredible value for money. My deep thanks to Ben who seemed to be my personal concierge throughout the day.

We had an amazing day on the Ha Long Bay catamaran tour. The boat was beautiful, the scenery was breathtaking, and everything was very well organised. A special thank you to Nam, our tour guide, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and informative. We’d also like to thank Tom, the F&B Manager, for the excellent food, drinks, and outstanding service throughout the trip. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay!

Trip turned out great. Hera, our guide, was knowledgeable and gave great insights all day. Boat and restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating of our requests, especially Sang. Ha Long Bay itself was much more peaceful and relaxing than we anticipated. Overall a great day… highly recommended.

We started the day trip with the rain on the way but we were lucky enough to have a chance to visit Halong bay (the heavy rain have stopped when we arrive in the Tuan Chau Marina) and enjoy the full day trip here (visiting cave, kayaking, swiming and join cooking class). Foods are delicious and well decorated. All the crew team are nice and supportive to make a memorable trip.

Great ship with spacious dining area, lots of comfy seats all over the deck and a hot tub that seems to be great, watching the happy faces of the people soaking in it while smoothly cruising through the breathtaking rock formations of Halong Bay The food is extremely delicious, music is on low volume so you can enjoy the bay or talk with other guests. But most fascinating - all the crew members are super friendly, attentive and helpful people, absolutely lovely! Special thanks to our fantastic tour guides David and Vincent - and of course Anne from the booking team, and all the wonderful people who made this trip unforgettable! Nam was a great tour guide on board. Being very helpful and telling a lot interesting facts. The trip shows the best places and is on a comfortable boat with excellent food. Nam at the end did a class on how to make a Vietnamese dish

What a fantastic day out. Great value, beautiful food and a very high quality beverage offering. Hera, our tour guide was fantastic, she was very happy to answer any questions or provide any assistance. Ben, the bar manager was fantastic mixing cocktails and chatting enthusiasticly throughout the day.

The coach picked us up from our hotel in Hanoi. The drive was 3 hours long but we had couple of breaks which was very nice. The coach was very comfortable. The activities were fun and itinerary didn’t feel rushed or packed. We had fun in the bamboo boat going under a cave. The food was fantastic and the service was great.
