Incredible! Amazing itinerary and lovely clean rooms with gorgeous views. The staff are incredible, thank you especially to Lucky who made our meals so special. They even had additional extras such as drone pictures and honeymoon decorations and cake with no additional charge. Chu and Agnes made our experience very special too!

The staff on the cruise were superb. We wanted to go to Cat Ba island and the guys arranged a transfer straight from the cruise boat to the island - which was amazing. Food and drink were all excellent. We went kayaking round some of the bright and dark caves. Other activities were planned (swimming and another kayaking in the morning). The rooms were spotless / excellent.

Everything was amazing. We spent time looking for a good cruise and we are happy we chose the best one. The boat is gorgeous, really new and clean. The food is delicious, service and crew are perfect. Really kind crew and helpful. They really care about people on board specially about allergies and dietary. Maybe the only thing that should be nice to improve is that the cruise is not moving too much and the day boat for the second day tour has not the same standard than the main cruise ship (anyway the activities and food on board were perfect). But all after that is totally perfect, we are really happy about this three days on board 🤩

We had an incredible experience with Azura Cruise and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hạ Long Bay. From start to finish, everything was organised perfectly. The booking process was simple, communication was excellent, and we received clear information before pickup, which made everything completely stress-free. The transfer from Hanoi was comfortable, punctual and well organised. The limousine bus had reclining seats, air conditioning, charging ports and plenty of space, making the journey very enjoyable. Our guide was friendly, informative and ensured everyone was looked after throughout the trip. The cruise itself exceeded our expectations. The scenery around Hạ Long Bay and Lan Hạ Bay was absolutely breathtaking, the cabin was modern and spotless, and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive and always happy to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we stepped on board. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam and an experience we’ll never forget. ⭐ *Amazing trip with friends on Lan Ha Bay!* The 4 of us had an amazing experience on the Azura 2D1N Luxury Cruise through Ha Long & Lan Ha Bay. Everything was so well organized from the Hanoi transfer to drop-off. The ship is brand new, super clean and modern. We had 2 cabins with private balconies and the view of the limestone karsts in the morning was unreal. The itinerary was perfect for a group: kayaking together through the lagoons, exploring caves, infinity pool time, sunset party, and cooking class. There was enough action but also time to just chill on the sundeck. Food was great with lots of variety and the staff were incredible — so friendly and attentive. They made sure our group had fun and were taken care of the whole time. If you’re going with friends and want luxury + adventure, pick Azura. Highly recommend and we’d 100% do it again!

Wonderful experience. Great ship. One off the bucket list. Buying coconuts off another ship while underway was fun. Staff was excellent especially Agnes. Suggestion: have more opportunities for water activities so people can go kayak or swim when the boat is anchored. Also drop a rope in the water when people are swimming since there is a slow but noticeable current. This way people can just hold onto the rope to stay with the ship rather than keep swimming. Overall great experience

This cruise was amazing. We would have loved to have stayed another night. The food was excellent, the activities were excellent and the staff on the cruise were excellent. The only issue was the pick up was far too late and the driver had not been given clear instructions of where we were going and when we had to be there. We highly recommend this trip.
