We had a really great time on our 3-day, 2-night cruise in Ha Long Bay! The views were stunning, the activities were fun, and everything was well organized. A big thank you to our guide, Dong, who was super friendly, helpful, and always made sure everyone was having a good time. He really made the experience even more enjoyable! We loved every moment of the trip and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vietnam!

Bring drinks! We bought our own bottles at a Lotte Mart and saved money since you have to buy drinks on board. But water and their pre-made juices during meals are included. Also was confused and frustrated before the trip because we thought the transport and the insurance included in the initial price. I see where we missed it in the description but it NEEDS to be clearer because you need to pay the nearly $240 in cash on the day The cruse was really nice! They fed as well, the activities were well planned and space apart time wise so there was time to rest. We did all we could but we weren't overwhelmed

Apart from the confusion with travel. The travel was fun and relaxing. They were able to pick us up from outside of the of the pickup area which was nice

Mr Dong Tim was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. The crew members were all very welcoming and friendly. Amazing food, activities and services. They had also set up our honeymoon suite and dinner really beautifully .

We had a great time, the staff were so lovely and Dong was brilliant host. Food was amazing, and they accommodated to my vegetarian diet. Balance between activities and time on the ship feels like a fair balance given we only did one night.

This trip was very beautiful. Sleeping with Ha Long Bay as your view is unmatched! The staff on the ship was so kind and friendly. The lead staff, Dong, was also very nice. He made us feel very well taken care of. Everyone went above and beyond with their service. The food was also very yummy, especially dinner. Before and throughout the trip, there was a member named Lucas that constantly messaged us to arrange everything and made sure everything went smoothly. He answered any questions I had and it was very helpful.

La Casta cruise was such a great experience. The rooms were super clean and comfortable - the views were amazing and the team working were so accomodating and friendly! All the meals served were 10/10 and the activities were super fun too!! Would recommend La Casta to friends for sure

This is a must do experience. We came for our honeymoon and they put in so much effort to make it special. The staff and our Captain Mr Dong really know how to show hospitality.

We had an amazing experience on our overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay! The scenery was stunning with beautiful limestone mountains . The cruise was well organised, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the cabin was comfortable with stunning views of the bay. The food was delicious, and the activities made the trip even more enjoyable. Watching the sunset over the bay and waking up to the peaceful scenery in the morning were definitely the highlights of our journey. Dong was absolutely fantastic, very friendly and he has made our trip even more enjoyable.

The cruise was excellent, the staff and service on board was amazing and satisfied our needs. Dong was brilliant he made sure everything was organised and made everything so clear. He was very helpful and friendly. The activities were very fun and the food was decent and had a good selection.

The experience is good but expensive. The crew were perfect with us(especially Dong). The room is very good, all works perfect and the room have a good smell. I love the food for the dinner and for breakfast. The view is amazing. This experience is for you have a relaxing time. The wifi was not working at our room. The activities could be a bit more diverse. A bit repetitive, even if awesome.

The cruise was an amazing experience. The activities are a little bit short, you anly have like 40 minutes for the caves + 40 minutes of kayacking in the bay. The cruise itself was very nice, good lunch, amazing dinner, good breakfast. The room was big an clean. The staff were kind and they were willing to help. I would recommend this cruise to anyone comming to vietnam.

The cruise is really great. Rooms are fantastic, very spacious, bathroom has a tub AND a shower cabin. Food is good, on the 1st day we had a buffet with plenty of choices both from the local and global cuisine. For dinner we had a pumpkin soup, pork bun cha and could choose between a steak and prawn stew. We opted for the steak and it seemed like a fine choice. For breakfast on the day after there were eggs they could make to your liking plus the chicken pho. Afterwards for lunch there was a similar buffet as it was on the first day. All things considered, more than a decent meal. The activities section was very well organized. All are optional. First there was a kayak ride around one of the rocks you could do either on your own or with a partner, optionally you could also swim around the boat (the staff navigates you where it is safe to swim to avoid jellyfish). Afterwards there is a happy hour on the deck with spring roll cooking class. To finish it all of there is a fun karaoke party in the end. As a prelude to the karaoke party the ship’s crew has a cute little performance for everyone on the boat. Next morning you start of with a Tai Chi class on the deck during sunrise and afterwards you go to a cave expedition on Cat Ba island. Don’t miss the cave expedition as the sights themselves are amazing. Ship’s crew is super helpful, polite and will tend to all of your needs. Shoutout to Mr Ben who is very patient and polite. His English is perfect so there is no room for misunderstanding. Heads up for the trip: - the transfer from Hanoi and back will take 3-4 hours mostly because of the traffic in Hanoi - bring cash as card transactions include fees - drinks are not included in the trip price - there is a hidden 10% VAT fee to all prices listed on the boat - transfer to and from the cruise are not included in the trip price - bring a swim short :)

The cruise was amazing! Jack and the rest of the staff were super lovely and accomodating. Would definitely recommend.

The boat and cabins were clean and as pictured. The staff were friendly. The food was mostly buffet and it was ok but not memorable. The communication between our group and the tour provider was excellent. The travel time to and from the bay to Hanoi is significant ie 1/2 day either side. Whilst the bay is beautiful it is also full of rubbish and our group was reluctant to go for a swim. The bay is busy with a large number of vessels out and about. Overall it was a good experience but our group thought the travel time and the rubbish in the water put a significant dampener on the experience.

Boat crew and tour guides are very friendly but I got the worst diarrhea and stomachache of my life that last multiple days Right after the cruise. It was miserable

Very happy with the trip. Room was amazing and we loved the food. The Kayak in the morning was also very enjoyable, we wished the trip was longer.

Overall cruise experience was great. The description of the cruise on Viator does not specify which cruise line will be booked for the experience. Even though description says luxurious cruise there was also another upgraded luxurious cruise available. It has nothing to do with cruise experience but how it is shown on Viator.

HERO was such a cutie!! loved his inviting energy, glowing personality and diligent service. Cannot emphasise how beautiful the scenery and experience as a whole was.
