I stayed here from last 4 days and will continue till 3rd April. Room is quite big, clean and neat. Property is bit old but it’s classic and traditional with a really clean look.

This hotel is extremely poorly managed and completely unprofessional. The reception staff were rude, dismissive, and spoke to guests with a shocking lack of respect. The service was slow, careless, and showed no understanding of basic hospitality. Overall quality was far below any acceptable standard. This was a terrible experience, and I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
This hotel provides an extremely poor experience from start to finish. The way the hotel operates is disorganized and unprofessional. The reception staff were rude, careless, and lacked basic customer service skills. Instead of helping guests, they spoke in an arrogant and dismissive manner.
The service quality was terrible, with requests handled slowly or ignored completely. The staff showed no responsibility or willingness to assist. Overall service standards were far below acceptable levels.
The hotel’s quality does not justify its reputation at all. This stay was a complete disappointment, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
I had a very bad experience at Nam Cuong Hotel. Not only was the service inefficient, but the staff’s attitude was also extremely unprofessional.
The receptionists were rude, unfriendly, and spoke to guests in an unacceptable manner. Basic hospitality skills seemed to be completely lacking. The security staff were equally disappointing, communicating harshly and without respect. The overall service was poorly managed. Guest requests were not handled properly, problems were ignored, and there was no sense of responsibility or customer care.
For a hotel of this level, such service quality is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise future guests to reconsider unless the hotel improves its staff professionalism and service standards.
Trust me, I have stayed here for few days, the staff here is so nice and helpful. The food is good as well. Even if the design is a bit old, its classic and traditional with a really clean look. The room is so nice, only one thing I think it could be improved is the light in the room, its a bit dark. Anyway, its definitely one of the best hotel I have ever tried in Vietnam.
