Reviews
We were a group of 9 staying at this hotel in January 2026. All us had great rooms with good views. Customer service was great and they offered large variety of food for breakfast buffet. We'll definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit.
The hotel was certainly not 4 star as the travel agent indicated, it was more like 2 star. The rooms were very outdated with no maintenance done for a long time. The breakfast was absolute discusting. Even my wife complained about it.
The lift was always busy or not working. It took 30 mins to get from the 11th floor.
We certainly won't be going back and Viet travel will be informed of our dissatisfaction.
The only positive thing was the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had a room with seaview and it is spacious and clean. We can see sunrise from the window when the weather is good. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, thanks Ms.Phuong for take care us this morning. We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel!
The hotel is ok with ups and downs. Ups are the size of rooms, clean state, correct breakfast and ok location close to many street restaurants. Downs are state of the building (broken doors, electricity down several hours one day, swimming pool smelling funny, no clim in gym, …), inside restaurant very expensive for very average food, staff global skills below average (room cards not initially working, swimming pool close all mornings)
Rooms are big and are clean and has almost all the amenities including bath tubs, kettle, coffee, fridge etc. The prices are in budget so it's value for money too, But the bathroom need some maintenance, especially the tubs.
Location
Main streets are far away but there is a small street adjacent to it which has some store & local Vietnamese restaurants. You can Hire an electric car to go to the main market area.
Swimming pool is really good and has great views. Pool is clean and is operating.
The buffet breakfast is big & has plenty of options including vegan and vegetarian options.
