Great hotel with great view. We were able to see entire SunWorld and firework during the weekend. This hotel is located in center of Quang Ninh. The room is clean and food has great selections.

Organised by our group tour operator, stayed in this very comfortable hotel for a night during our recent trip to Vietnam. Decent hotel, good decor, spacious lobby, courteous staff and clean room with a view - an excellent view, in fact, of the bay and surrounding areas. Breakfast spread was awesome, with amazing options to chose from. We did not have much time, but for those who have, the hotel is located walking distance from the famous Sun World entertainment complex.

From the moment we arrived the staff had welcomed us, attended to our needs, upgraded our room. We are a family of 5. It was my birthday on our check in. My partner did not mention this and the hotel surprised me with a birthday cake which made me feel special. The rooms and hotel is perfect. Thank you Soleil Ha Long we look forward to seeing you again. We where delighted with our stay

Its apparently a 5 star hotel, which the rooms and decoration would justify. I had a issue at the restaurant, but it was rectified by the lovely manager. The breakfast was amazing and the staff are lovely.

Upon arrival= me and my wife got welcome drinks. My wife took a sip and left the glass. The glass was dirty. The room was NOT cool enough. I tried to reduce temperature, but it didn't work out I called maintenance. A technician came and couldn't change temperature He told me temperature will be cooler within 45 minutes I was waiting One hour 2 hours 4 hours 6 hours 8 hours Nothing happened Same temperature AFTER 10 hours= the room became Warmer Warmer Difficult to sleep It seems the management control temperature Not the guests I give this hotel 3 stars ONLY Location is good Near sunworld park Near restaurants and shops Service is ok although this morning I was waiting for a while for a waiter to bring my coffee 21 December 2025
