Grand View Palace Ha Long Hotel

My girlfriend and I stayed here to attend a wedding and I have to say, out of all of the hotels we have been at all around Vietnam this has got to be our most satisfying stay. To start, whether it was the receptionist, housekeeper, chef or whomever it may be, we always had a positive interaction and everyone was very friendly. As tourists that did not speak their native language, all of the staff was able to communicate and help us out whenever needed. Second, the cleanliness shocked us greatly! This place was always sparkling clean and our rooms were the cleanest rooms we have ever seen in our entire life. To add onto the rooms, they were very spacious and had an amazing view. Since our trip I have recommended this hotel to a handful of our friends who went to Ha Long for a vacation. Needless to say they were just as impressed as my girlfriend and I were. I could go on and on about the amazing location and the accessibility, not to mention the breakfast they provide but that is something you will have to try for yourself once you go! 😉

The service quality was incredibly high and quick. I enjoyed the safety and comfort that I felt during my stay here at Grand View Palace. The hotel room was spotless and the bed was made perfectly each day. The breakfast was incredible with great beverages and a wide range of premium-quality breakfast specials, ranging from your classic eggs and toast to Vietnamese favorites. Would 110% recommend staying at Grand View Palace!

A beautiful place to experience Ha Long! The room was clean, spacious, and came with a breathtaking view. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating to any need we had throughout our stay. The location was also quite central - delicious food, coffee shops, nightclubs and karaoke bars were only a quick walk or ride away. We had an unforgettable trip and would highly recommend staying here if you're planning a visit to this wonderful city.

Had a wonderful stay here! Staff was always so helpful and friendly and the rooms were super clean and modern. Beds were comfy as well and having air conditioning in the room as amazing. Made my trip better coming back to a clean, cool, and comfortable room after a long day of adventure and sightseeing. Location was a great place as it is convenient and easy to get to! Great geese noodle across the street as well. Will definitely be coming back here to stay the next time I'm in Ha Long!
