Excellent one-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Lang Son, after our long motorbike ride from Hà Nội.
We stayed in a Deluxe King City View room on the 21st floor with a comfortable bed and pillows and beautiful city lights at night.
The concierge was warm and helpful with our bags and parking when we arrived wet and dirty from the road grime and rain, while the receptionist was efficient and friendly.
The swimming pool was refreshing, the laundry service was quick and accommodating, and my husband said the shower had the best pressure and temperature he’s ever experienced.
We’re really happy with our choice — great service and facilities.
Highly recommended!
One of the best hotel ever with a stunning ocean view and amazing buffet food.
We loved everything! Rooms are super comfortable especially the beds. Bathrooms are fully well equipped. Staff are super kind and pro.
Gym is well equipped and modern.
And the buffet breakfast is fantastic and diverse and tasty!!! Oool and spa are worth it too.
One of the best value hotel I have ever been
Service, room everything was good. Although I asked e-mail invoice, at check-out time, 3weeks later I could get. And also called again after 1 week.
Amazing hotel and special shoutout to the staff. The lady at the front desk was so attentive and recommended a great restaurant. And the massage I got from the man at the Spa was really great as well - one of the best I've had. The only thing that could be better is the a la carte dining.
Our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton, Lang Son was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed after our long journey and kindly upgraded to a fantastic room on a high floor with a brilliant view of the surroundings.
The restaurant team provided excellent service, consistently ensuring we had everything we needed, including fresh juices each morning and a selection of beers in the evenings.
The front desk and concierge staff were incredibly helpful with our travel arrangements, including extending our stay. They also arranged a wonderful birthday cake to ensure our celebrations went well.
The spa team provided friendly and attentive service, and we thoroughly enjoyed the massages and sauna. Housekeeping maintained our rooms impeccably, ensuring they were clean and well-stocked with water.
Thank you to all the team for a fantastic stay!
