Great resort-styled hotel near Ha Long Bay. Clean room and great view. You can even watch the fireworks from other hotels in the evening. Staff don’t speak English so prepare a translator to communicate with them will be more efficient. Breakfast was great with variety of Vietnamese and western cuisines. They also provide pork Pho and Vietnamese traditional desserts!

This is a great 5 Star hotel. My only suggestion is a change in the room Asian couch. Not comfortable to be able to seat a long time, I would suggest changing and washing cover once a while. Great buffet for guests for breakfast.

,,just because it’s big doesn’t mean it’s good”- that what I always say. This hotel is a big hotel with friendly staff!! But still not good enough to be a 5- star hotel. I expected more. The food is terrible, not seasoned (breakfast), it is really not good. The gym is overheated, unclean, and got that sweat smell, even though the swimming pools are great, they seem uncomfortable (the outside pool)… I do have to say that the workers her are really nice!! You guys just need to work it up and do something to make this hotel better. 5- star hotel it’s says, but feels like a 3- star. Not everything that shines is made out of gold.

It is a big hotel - 19 floors with 2 swimming pools indoors and outdoors. When we arrived on the 7th of March, the bar on the 19th floor was closed, but we did not see any notice of it. Rooms are spacious. The buffet breakfast is good. Ordered food a couple if times the quantity was goid but was tasteless for us,maybe not so for others. This is a excellent hotel, and service worth that title. Staff here speaks fluent English and is helpful whenever we need anything. Very clean and I would recommend this resort for the price and quality service they provide for us. It was a special occassion for us, thank you for a making it a memorable and comfortable one for our first time in Ha Long Bay.
