D'lecia Ha Long Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at D’Lecia Ha Long, and I can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ha Long. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any request. Their professionalism and warm attitude really stood out and made a big difference during my stay. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful design, comfortable bed, and great amenities. Everything was well-maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job each day. The view from the room was also a highlight, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The hotel’s location is another strong point. It’s conveniently situated near key attractions in Ha Long, making it easy to explore the area. At the same time, it remains peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet and restful stay. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, catering to both local and international tastes. The dining area was clean and pleasant, and the staff ensured everything was well-stocked and fresh. Overall, D’Lecia Ha Long exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location makes it a great choice for both short and longer stays. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at D’Lecia. The hotel itself is stunning and very modern. The room is spacious and so clean and the reception area is beautiful. They have a big open breakfast room and the room every morning was very tasty. The gym area is limited to 1 set of cables with a pull up rack and a treadmill but there is enough there to get a small workout in to keep yourself ticking over. There is a big commercial gym located directly across the street. The 4th floor also has an outdoor pool and a nice sauna. This was great for us as we just finished the Ha Giang Loop. They charge 150k Dong to use the sauna. The outdoor pool is cold but it’s still nice. Location wise, there is a few nice cafes around and laundry. However there isn’t a whole lot else, but that’s more to do with Halong city itself rather than the hotel. The staff are also really really lovely, so helpful and friendly!

Hotel true to pictures and other reviews. Comfortable beds, super clean and nice design. Swimming pool is nice. The restaurant staff is lovely and when we missed breakfast time one day got us some extra bread and jam. Delicious coffee at breakfast! One minus is old TVs in rooms without Netflix or other streaming services. There is a gym just across the street with options to pay 100.000 for one-day pass.
