Azumaya Hotel Hai Phong

Very friendly staff! Most of them can speak very good Japanese, some may also speak some English and Chinese. I also liked their breakfast, buffet or set menu are served according to time availabilities.

Staff was nice. Room was clean. The only thing I did not like was glass bathroom that did not have a lock (I was not alone). Restaurant was nice. Food was tasty. We came for breakfast after 8 and they still had buffet. Did not have a chance to use onsen because weather was cold.

We had 2 nights at this lovely hotels for our vacation. Everything is fine, from breakfast buffet to staff service. But the room is relatively small with a small window viewing nowhere. We also experienced onsen service on the 7th floor. It was not a really good experience because they provide extremely cold or hot water which are not our bath habit. Moreover, the timetable for women is also limited when we only visit it at midnight or midday. It is strange that they checked our marriage register without warning beforehand.

Room is big, hotel staffs provided a very good service and good manner. Breakfast style follows Japanese style in general. There are few restaurants which are on the same street of the hotel, so it’s convenient for us when looking for food.
