The view of Mount Fuji is visible from the Lobby and the rooms, even the Onsen there facing Mount Fuji was superb. Truly a place where you can relax! The best thing is the service and hospitality from Prettiz! She attended to us from the start and end of our stay. She was so helpful and cheerful- this is one thing I'll remember from Gotemba! The Hospitality here 👍

Best stay on our Japan trip so far! We decided to splurge on the top suite and it was so much fun to have the private hot springs from our balcony. The service was incredible (big shout out to Okutsu & Pritiz especially), the room cozy, and the restaurant was fabulous. One note to travelers: Mt. Fuji was only visible for a moment during our stay (we caught a glimpse between 6am-8am), so just be prepared to not see it. Regardless, it was super cool to be immersed in the mountain air while soaking up the hot springs 😊
Very nice hotel with resident onsen bath room by separate female or male. Fabulous room view to see Fuji mountain ⛰️. Serve on 5/F for most update manga series with drinks. The location is good for travel with rent car. Otherwise, hotel provided coach from station. Kind staff service👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The view from this hotel was absolutely stunning the moment you step into the lobby. Using Mt Fuji as a center view, you will be taking countless pictures of Mt Fuji on a clear day the moment you arrive to the day you leave. The rooms we stayed also have a clear view of Mt Fuji, and it was just so mesmerising to sit at the balcony with that view. The hotel also has an onsen with indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor has 2 pools with the view, but both pools are small and can only sit 2 person comfortably. Rooms are clean and tidy but is old and dated. Room size is not small but also not spacious, just enough space to be comfortable. Breakfast is served by set. Not buffet style. I was there for 3 nights, and the same set was served for all 3 days with no variations. It was quite disappointing. There is a lounge which serves free tea and coffee with mangas for you to just read and chill with the magnificent view. Location is away from town up in the hills. It is not walkable to anywhere, and you would need a car or take a taxi to town.
We booked the Japanese style room with great Fuji Mountain view, which is very spacious. The bathtub in the room is small but luckily there is hot spring facing Fuji Mountain. Breakfast is tasty but it is tedious for guests who stay more than one night, because the dishes are all the same. Staff are very friendly and kind. My baby was given a toy as a gift.
