Easy check in by following instructions without physical reception. House was big, beautiful with kitchen. Staff was friendly to help with washing machine request. Great stay!

Excellent facilities and a very cosy, well-kept apartment. Everything was spotless and gave us a vibrant, homely feeling from the moment we arrived. The check-in and check-out processes were extremely easy and accessible. All the details were clearly provided, and the staff replied to our questions almost immediately through the chat. I would definitely have stayed longer to disconnect and enjoy the surrounding nature. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from a bus stop with direct connections to the main train station. Highly recommended. The photos match the reality perfectly.

Beautiful and comfortable room and amenities. WiFi didn’t work but had own so didn’t mention, they were very helpful so sure they would have addressed it for us. Easy 10 min walk to bus to access Hakone, ropeway and sightseeing cruises.

Very good value for money. Two floor vila which can easily accommodate family of 4-5 ppl, two bedrooms , bathroom and toilet , small living room downstairs . The villa is very clean and well maintained. Private parking is on site, keep in mind that you will need a car since the public transport is not great in that area. Free welcome package with beverages and sweets was provided which is super nice ! Soft and clean bedding , so you can have a very good sleep. Easy online checkin process Two things which are a little bit disappointing (but they are a fact and you just need to be familiar with them) , there is no real kitchen for cooking , so dont plan any meals preparation while you stay (7eleven / familymart are near by) , and also , there is practically no place to have a meal , since the living room is more for watching tv and having family time rather than having a meal
