We paid for a hotel room in advance for one night and in the morning in 08.h we had a bad surprise because the staff came into the room while we were sleeping and asked when we were going to leave the hotel. Very unpleasant situation.

Mine stay at this establishment was, upon the whole, passable, though it failed to leave a lasting impression. The situation of the hotel is most agreeable, being set beside the shore in Haifa, with a fair and pleasing prospect over the sea. For this alone, it possesseth much merit. The chambers were of ordinary quality and afforded reasonable comfort. Yet the doors proved a continual vexation, and the door to the bathing chamber neither opened nor closed with proper ease, which was a source of no little inconvenience. The morning repast was likewise marred by delay, for we were compelled to wait near twenty minutes ere a table was made ready for our use. The approach unto the property was somewhat troublesome and ill contrived. Furthermore, the attendants showed little willingness to render assistance, and their conduct fell short of that which one might justly expect. Though the setting is undeniably fair and the view most pleasant, the experience itself was neither remarkable nor especially enjoyable. It is a respectable place in appearance, yet it lacketh the hospitality and care required to make one's stay truly memorable.

Good view from high up, I was able to find free parking on the street outside (December 2025). Decent selection for breakfast. But overall the hotel and the rooms are tired and in need of renovation. Sound proofing in rooms is not good. Door locks were changed during my stay without informing me; I only found out when I returned to my room late at night to find I couldn't enter and the lock looked different. I chose this hotel specifically because it had a gym - it does not. Instead it has a small shelter room with old and broken equipment (see picture). I would not stay here again
