We had a lovely stay, with a very nice room in a great location. Some of the decor is a bit dated, but overall it exceeded expectations for its price point, and I would be delighted to return. As an added bonus, the city of Haifa has a summer promotion that gives free tickets to attractions for people who stay in hotels, we had a lovely stroll in the zoo which is just 5 minutes walk away.
They need some management from a western country. The hotel is not clean, dirty stairways, unkept maintenance, needs some love and attention. Breakfast was great! Would not rercommend....
Wonderfully restful hotel with a perfect location at the beginning of the Louis Promenade, incredible views of Haifa bay and friendly staff. Particularly appreciated the complementary sweet cakes and mineral water for our anniversary! At the front desk, Sharon and Idan were very helpful! Perfect 3-day getaway!
This hotel is fabulously located just a short walk to the top of the Baha’i Gardens (about 3min) and has a gorgeous outdoor seating area looking over the bay. It is also just a short walk (~5 min) from a bunch of restaurants and stores and a mall! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with my grandma. Especially Valerie who helped us with a speedy check-in, and putting us in a great room that would suit my grandma and I and giving me plenty of information. She made our stay feel relaxing and pleasant.
Rooms are normal, perhaps not the most elegant but they have the basics. Good shower pressure and daily cleaning. Breakfast is ok with options for everyone. Location is great with views of the bay and right on the promenade. Bar service is slow but nice. Reception staff could improve the courtesy. Out of the 3 hotels in the same street, this might be the least recommended- but if it has good prices it's OK...
