This hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property. The facilities, cleanliness, and overall service were below average. The rooms were not well maintained, and the level of hospitality did not match what was advertised. Based on my stay, I don’t believe this hotel deserves its 4-star rating. Several amenities ( suna and wet steam) that were advertised were unavailable or not working. No soundproof, every sound from outside and in the hallway you can hear in the room. Online it sounds like a luxury hotel, but reality doesn't match the online advertising, I expected much better service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic standards. I would not recommend this hotel.
