Beautiful hotel but make sure you understand that this is not in Guilin city or near it, about 30 min outside the city. Was here for a wedding and the venue and hospitality was amazing. Activities available were great too including kayaking on the lake.

I'm a tourist from Taiwan visiting Guilin, and I'd like to offer some feedback:
1. The hot water adjustment mechanism in the bathroom is inconvenient for elderly people.
2. I checked in on the evening of May 16th and needed assistance. I called the express service hotline and waited almost 25 minutes for a staff member to arrive. I had already resolved the issue myself. The staff member explained that they were short-staffed, which is unacceptable.
3. It's a bit far from Guilin city center, about a 40-minute drive.
