Guayaquil Private Arrival Transfer From The Airport To Hotels

The driver was excellent, on time, was easy to find and kind. He asked if the temperature of the car was good, helped with my bags and was very welcoming. I would give this a perfect score, except the company REFUSED to answer three emails I sent asking for confirmation. They never did answer the emails. Customer service couldn’t reach them either. I finally reached the owner on WhatsApp. It should be more professional.

Our driver was on time waiting for me outside immigration. he was very cordial, kind, and brought us to our hotel safely. Unfortunately, because I had such a long flight I can't recall his name. However I am writing this review to personally express my gratitude to him.

I walked out of customs and right near the exit to the door of the airport was my driver holding a paper with my name printed in big letters. We walked straight out to his car and we’re out of the airport in no time. The car was clean and cool. I was dropped off right in front of my hotel. No issues and exactly what was needed!! Great for a solo traveler.

Our flight to Guayaquil was scheduled to arrive at 10:30 pm. Although our hotel offered an airport shuttle, I didn’t want to wait for it to arrive, so I decided to book a private pick-up. Our flight arrived 30 minutes early, and we cleared customs quickly. I was a little concerned that our driver wouldn’t be there, but as soon as we walked out of customs, I scanned the area and saw someone holding a sign with our name. The driver knew exactly where we were going and we arrived at our hotel in no time. Terrific experience. We communicated directly with the company in advance of our trip and everything went smoothly.

I texted amd emailed that flight had bomb scare and delayed sent NEW flight info no one at airport caught cab costs 6.00 you should refund I am travel agent with Travelstore not recommend this service

Driver was waiting for us with our names on a sign. He quickly loaded our luggage and got us going. We arrived at our hotel in no time.

Even though my flight arrived about 1 hour late, the driver was waiting for me with a sign that had my name on it. Although he didn't speak English and my Spanish is poor, he greeted me with a smile, directed me to a clean modern van, and he had notes of exactly where he needed to take me to. The only confusion that I had is that I didn't realize that the driver would be waiting outside. After you clear customs at Guayaquil airport, there is an indoor area where some people were standing and waiting for passengers. I assume this might be only for waiting family members. I was initially looking for the driver in this area until I realized that there were quite a few people standing outside the airport exit, many holding signs with names on them. As soon as I walked outside I immediately saw the sign with my name on it and the driver guided me to his nearby vehicle.

Great driver, spoke Spanish but was so nice to use a translator program in the car so we can understand what he told us, the tour company should also change their drop off locations to mention the Puerto de Guayaquil.

When arriving at an unfamiliar airport late in the evening, there is always a bit of worry regarding transportation to a hotel. Having a pre-arranged driver is always our plan in those circumstances, especially when we’re not familiar with the local language. This service lived up perfectly to our expectations. Our driver was awaiting us with a sign as we eventually cleared all the events needed in order to leave the airport, and transported us carefully to our hotel. As well, any questions we had in advance were promptly answered. I would highly recommend this service in Ecuador. In fact, we have them scheduled for three more transfers while we’re here.

We did the trip up into the thermal spas and mountains. We also used them for airport transportation. They do a tremendous job and we enjoyed all the information, promptness, comfort and personal service.

Perfect service. Prompt pickup. Clean van with ac and water waiting for us. Driver had limited English and we had limited Spanish but we made it work.

Car service was on time, well signed and very professional throughout the process. We went directly from the airport to our hotel and arrived in style.

The driver was exactly where & when he was supposed to be. Signage for riders was easy to see & read. While the driver spoke little English, a few words of easy Spanish made the transfer very timely. Transit time to hotel was extremely fast; driver helpful with baggage; vehicle clean and of newer age. No problems whatsoever with this service. Highly recommend this service provider; you can avoid the problem of which taxi etc service to use that is safe and available without fear.

Very bad; they never came for us. And they never answered either messages or calls; they left us waiting at the airport, and we had to pay for another service.

He quite kind, with a lot of skill and safety in the direction and always ready to help us. Great knowledge in the city traffic that was intense during the period of the final of the Liberators. We really recommend Enterprise for any Service, because really it has a great commitment with the tourist. We felt quite welcome.
